For a place with such good food the service sucks! Took about 20 minutes to get our first round of drinks. We were a party of four everyone got their food but my order was forgotten. I think there was only 1 bartender and 1 server. This is the second time this has happened. When I asked one of the girls where our drinks were, she snapped at me. I just let it go. Work on your customer Service.

One of my favorite places to go around Bergen county. Great selection of beers and amazing food!!! Gerard the owner is always there chillin at the bar and super friendly. Bartenders are all really nice and on point with service. There burgers are must tries!!!

Stopped in for dinner Wednesday evening, around 5:30−6pm. It wasn’t too busy and we only had to wait a minute to be seated.
Staff is friendly enough. They don’t go over the top like corporate places, which I don’t mind.
Their beer list is decent and the food menu has variety. We ordered two different grilled cheese dinners and shared them. So filling and so delicious.
This place surprised us. We had always seen it when making u-​turns on route 17, but we thought it was just a bar. When you walk in, it looks like just a bar. You sit down and look at the menu — You realize that this place is a gem. We will be returning!

They only vegetarian option on the ReBAR menu is grilled cheese. We were told even their potato skins/​nachos could not be made vegetarian. That was pretty disappointing. Additionally we found them to be severely under staffed on a Wednesday evening and had exceptionally slow service. The beer selection was OK and the overall ambiance reminded me of a dive bar with some string lights.

The best part of this restaurant was the 90s music. The waiter/​bartender didn’t write our order down and yet asked how I wanted my burger cooked 3 times. The beers we ordered were room temperature at best. The hangover burger and the tater tots I got both had ZERO flavor, not remotely worth the calories and even chipotle mayo couldn’t save them! I don’t understand how this place is rated so high on Unilocal

Great food, better than your typical bar food. Beer selection is very good and service was friendly. Will go back often and recommend to all. Looking forward to trying more menu items, too many to chose from that sounded good.

I came to this bar over the Memorial day weekend, and it was aces… mostly. The «Just Balls» were amazing and cooked to perfection. For my main I ordered the Hellapeño burger, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the burger medium well and it was cooked to the way it was ordered. It was spicy, which obviously is a plus. I had a taste of my friend’s grilled cheese, which was very good and very very spicy. I fell in love.
The service was great. We beat the rush so maybe that played a role, but even though we were undecided at first, our server never had us waiting too long before checking up on us. She was very friendly and attentive.
The Lagunitas Cappuccino I ordered was a great beer, but unfortunately this is where my shred of disappointment comes from. The bar has a wide variety of beers on tap, it just so happens the day I visited was a day that non of these taps were functional.
Overall it’s a great bar, and I shall return.

Fantastic burger place. I checked out Unilocal prior to dining. I really enjoyed their burger with mushrooms and onions (can’t recall the name); perfectly cooked medium burger on a deliciously complementary bun. Fries were good. Great price. Definitely recommend. May not be much from the outside — but the food speaks for itself.

A lot of great reviews here so I’m guessing it was an off night on 05÷30÷16. They were severely understaffed we ordered two appetizers and only received one, when I reminded our server about the 2^nd appetizer she stated «the cook said he’s too backed up» that wasn’t the answer I was looking for we already waited way too long for our drinks and the first appetizer not even counting waiting too long for the entrée. The only reason I gave 2 Stars is because my fiancée liked the salmon. I had the Rebar steak sandwich that was undercooked and mostly fatty I didn’t even finish the sandwich. I’d usually bring it to the server/​managers attention but the truth is we just wanted to get out of there and go home. We counted 11 tables occupied out of 14 with only one server. The server Tiffany did the best she could with the circumstances she was handed tonight and was breaking her butt trying to get the job done. Not her fought and I blame the owner/​management for being understaffed on a holiday weekend. If there was a rating for a server we would give Tiffany «10 STARS» for hanging tough and trying her best to get the job done with a full house of people.
**And to the manager who privately messaged me that «we were short a server, it happens» shouldn’t be a manager. It doesn’t happen to businesses that are prepared in case of «call-​outs» etc… believe me I know the business. But it just «so happens» I wasted $ 70 for your fk up and that’s the best you can do? Well… when it comes to an establishment… it all starts at the top. And to put it bluntly… Gerard is a TOOL.

Great place!!! Tried many different things on my past visits and have never been disappointed. Food is sold, beware is golden and atmosphere is welcoming. Last time round draft I had blackened Ahi Tuna burger. my palette sang. Must give it a try if in the neighborhood. Definitely worth a drive.

This was my first time coming here and of course I had to see what the hype was about. The food is amazing. Not your typical bar food. They have a large variety of beers to chose from. I highly recommend the Roasted Beet salad, it was so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Definitely a cool atmosphere to just kick back and chill.

One of those hole in the wall place. One of the best sports bar/​gastropubs in the area. Wide selections of beer and bar food menu. Came here on a weeknight for early dinner/​after-​work hours and this place were near to being full house. We ordered a few different apps to share such as wings, irish nachos, mac n cheese, and fries. Everything was great, and I would highly recommend their one of a kind irish nachos!
On the side note, they got plenty of TV screens showing various sport games as well as a pool table. The service was superb too. Our server was the one mixing drinks as well as serving ~7 tables at the same time.

Solid place! We found this place using Unilocal.Once you enter the bar you just have to say to yourself «this place definitely has awesome food.»
We were greeted and sat in the main «dining area.» Ambience had that rustic dive bar feel. Something my fiancé and I enjoy every now and then. Beer list is great if your a beer drinker but the food is fantastic!
Appetizer — buffalo wings — these were awesome. Hands down a solid appetizer. These wings are the way I like them, juice and tender in the inside and crispy on the outside. A must for a chicken wing man.
— onion rings — came with a siracha/​mayo sauce and ketchup. I would say your above average type of onion rings.
Dinner — lone star — I am a big fan of «cowboy» burgers with your onion ring, bbq sauce and cheddar cheese combo. I had the 10oz meat cooked medium rare and served on a brioche burger. FANTASTIC BURGER. This place does what every restaurant should do. A simple burger with great quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference. If not, cut off your tongue. I ordered a side of tater tots. Who doesn’t like tater tots? Crispy and delicious.
My fiancé had the blue burger. She absolutely loved it. It had blue cheese, bacon, and onion. She got it medium because she’s weird haha. Nonetheless, she enjoyed the burger.
The owner Gerard came and chatted for a bit. You can tell that he has pride in his work and restaurant. Very nice guy. We will definitely be coming back for some friends and beer.

The food is very good… the presentation was very nice, however the 2 times I did go– the waitresses weren’t working very hard for their tips.
I will return though… for the good food and environment…

We got rowdy; we got loud; we had fun; and the staff (owner, Gerard, and waitress, April) had fun with us! (Note, rowdiness and loudness within reason…).
The Thai-​Chili wings were oh-​so-​yum-​yum. The nachos were so salivating. The burgers and sandwiches, unfortunately, defeated half the table. I’m usually full easily so I wasn’t surprised that I was doggy-​bagging my meal, but my friends can eat; and they put their head down in shame and doggy-​bagged theirs too.
Hmm hmm hmm — this place is good from food to drinks to just having a good ol’ time. Shout out to fellow Eliters — #TeamPhoenix Unilocallife — for bringing me here and making the «mini-​bday celebration» a grand one! ^_~

I can see why they call this jawn ReBAR… Why? Because once you «bar» here once, you just wanna RE-​BAR again, and again, and again. Or nah… Okay, I’m gonna quit while I’m ahead.
After spending a day w/​my favorite power couple — and awesome #TeamPhoenix members — FRIKI (Fred & Niki) in Harlem and diners and such… We capped off the day by heading over to ReBAR and meeting up with our #TeamPhoenix [CVCO] Dexter, who brought along the lovely MC. Fred & I indulged in some beers, with our server/​bartender April going above and beyond with sampling! Our 1^st beer choice was tasty, very fruity & refreshing. Towards the end of our meal, we got into the Lexington Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale… Possibly the BEST beer I’ve had so far in my LIFE! The others in #TeamPhoenix took to the margaritas, and their magnified banter and wildness was indicative of the drinks’ quality.
The grub:
We all decided to order different food. Everyone else ordered burgers, which all looked and smelled like what would happen if you put Kerry Washington’s lips on a sammich… AMMAAAAAAAAZING. They serve their burgers on brioche buns, which look incredibly soft and dense… And they’re filling! They were cooked perfectly, and had loads of flavor. I, on the other hand, was the oddball who ordered a Cuban… [Sandwich that is, not a person or cigar]. It was a delicious (and LOOOOOADED) Cuban sandwich, filled with pulled pork, salami, ham, cheese, pickles, mayo, and other gooey goodness.
The starters were DOPE! One of the awesome regulars (who shall remain unnamed, because she’s a Broncos fan… Gag) strongly suggested that we ordered Irish Nachos. Glad she twisted our arms… Picture house-​made potato chips (a tad thicker than your standard bag o’ chips), covered in SWEET pulled pork or beef, cheddar cheese, chopped romaine, tomatoes and jalapeños, with a side of salsa and sour cream… Errrrmahhhhgerrrrrd! De-​freakin-​licioso! Also, they make pretty good wing. We had their Red Thai Chili (#ThaiChiliThoooo), and their sauce is a nice spicy one, which doesn’t linger too much in terms of spice. The wings themselves, are juicier than a Biggie Smalls single.
The owner [Gerard] was really cool, and came over to see how our experience was going. The service was great and helpful, and they have great knowledge in what they’re serving, and how to serve their customers adequately. Count me in any time you’re going there lol.

I might have found my new favorite spot.
Most bars pay very little attention to the quality of their food and offer standard bar food which involves a deep fryer 95% of the time.
It’s not to say that ReBar doesn’t use a deep fryer but their menu offers so much beyond food that you get from a deep fryer. But even their fried food is delicious too.
We ordered a burger, wings, onion rings, and the mac and cheese. We wanted to order more but we were so full so I will definitely be back to try their other food out. The burger was delicious and the wings were some of the best I’ve had in the area as well. The fries and onion rings were beer-​battered (major points for beer-​batter) and the mac and cheese was delicious as well.
Their beer menu is pretty extensive as well although my only small wish is that they carried more craft beer on tap. The upside is that their beer prices are cheaper than other bars I’ve been to which carry similar selection.
My only gripe with this restaurant is the venue itself. It could use a little cleaning up and not all of seats have views to the TVs. The restaurant was fairly cold so be sure to bring an extra layer to wear indoors. I’m not sure if they have any great happy hour deals, but if they do, I might overlook the venue and bump my rating to 5 stars.
I’ll definitely be back again.

So, my husband and I came here right after the 2016 snow storm to check it out. I wanted to try something different and found this place on Unilocal.
What a shocker! When you walk in, there’s classic rock playing so that was cool but it’s dark in there and the bar is right there when you enter. After the bar patrons finish starring at you as you make your way to the table… you seat yourself. There’s a free pool table in the back as well so that’s cool.
The owner was great, very nice and personable; and so was the bartender and so we’re the waitresses.
Ordered Brown Shugga beer and a mixed vodka drink…
Now on to the food… soooo good! I got the hangover and my husband had the cheese burger deluxe with muenster cheese. Both cooked medium and wow!!! So much flavor and you can taste the grill which is rare for bar food. The tater tots and fries are also very good. What I find was the best was the freshness of the food. From the lettuce to the pickle, it’s all fresh… trust me on this one. Go to ReBar next time you want some great bar food.
I can’t wait to come back here, will probably do a girls night here and after work.

I was in the area getting my car detailed and my friend wanted to check this place out. We parked and thought the entrance would be in the front but boy we were wrong and had to walk to the back of the restaurant by the parking lot to enter which was a bit confusing. Once we got inside this place its very spacious and it sort of has a mysterious feel to it that I really like. We decided to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. The waitress/​bartender was super nice and never disappeared for too long.
My friend told me this place was known for their burgers so I decided to have one. I have to say the burger was huge and pretty tasty but the best part of my meal were the tater tots. They were perfectly cook, crispy and well seasoned.
