I wanted to love this place but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I got a massage and a facial. The facial was the worst I ever had and I left with much of the«mask» she used still in my hair and my eyebrows, I really felt like I was a at a school for estheticians and I was being practiced on. I actually was waiting for it to be over. Waste of money. The massage was a little better, I know she tried hard but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I so badly wanted to like this place but it felt like amateur hour.

I was a little bummed by the service. My 1st massage was great and I signed up for a membership. I also was so impressed I referred two people. My second visit was not great at all. My massage was cut off an additional 18 minutes. One of my referrals also has 23 mins taken off. I complained and actually stopped my membership. I had to use three hours within a month. When I emailed to make an appointment they never responded. So I lost out 3 hours I paid for.

I think I found my spot. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t know what to expect because the price was so cheap so I thought it might be a bait and switch situation but I was wrong. It was literally the best massage I ever got. I believe the ladies name was Vanessa. She hit all the right spots. Sometimes you need to treat yourself out. I can’t even explain how my body feels. The massage was so good I convinced myself to get a membership. Totally worth it. I can’t wait to set my next appointment

I love this place. I have a membership and love it. Garcia is a great massage lady. She does a great job. I’ve had a pedi by someone else and it wasn’t the best. I’ll stick to massages here. They have a massage chair that I can sit in anytime I want. This place isn’t crazy expensive. I love it.

My husband and I stopped in this week to inquire about membership and schedule an introductory massage. We had our questions answered, the ladies that waited on us were friendly and helpful — no rudeness or attitude. We went in for our massages last night and loved it! Using the Serenity Room pre-massage was an added bonus, again the ladies at the counter were very welcoming. We are switching our membership from a place we’ve been members for over two years in Stockton to Sirius Spa. Love that we don’t have to drive from Stockton to Lodi after a massage.

The only reason I am giving this business four stars, is because of the Esthetician. She is wonderful and very professional. Like some of the other reviews, I too encounter rudeness and non-caring attitude. The older male at the front made a mistake and demanded me to come back. It was almost like he was blaming me for his mistake. He also sends me email asking me to sign up for the membership but when I ask questions he never replies. I hope the manager sees these reviews, so she can start teaching her staff, customer service skills.

Excellent services so far. I’ve gone in for two massages and one facial in the last month. I did sign up for a membership, if pampering yourself is your thing the rates are quite reasonable. I work near by so I have stopped by to hide out for 15 minutes in the serenity room and picked up a tea to relax in the middle of a work day. The place seems to be doing well, adding new services and more employees.

It’s unfortunate that the customer service/front desk wasn’t friendly because the massage was good. My husband and I felt tricked by this spa due to a miscommunication over the phone. Which, honestly, would have been fine if we felt like the front desk was apologetic or nice about the situation at all. However, they chose to be negative and totally non-caring about the entire thing. It wasn’t until we paid and were walking out the door that they, in a very unconvincing/rude tone, said sorry. Customer service and friendliness should be a top priority in this kind of environment. We shouldn’t leave feeling angry and tense. This could have all been avoided with good customer service. We will not be returning. The hunt for our new massage location continues…

Had my first facial here and it was awesome! Tavia was wonderful will my skin! I almost fell asleep towards the last half of the session. I will definitely be back but next time for a massage since I’ve never had one of those either. Make sure you get to your appointment early so you can have enough time to fill out the paperwork and get time in the serenity room and enjoy those great massage chairs.

I genuinely enjoyed my massage. However, afterwards I was sat down in the front area with an employee. This employee continued to talk to me about membership options even after I repetitively said no. Needless to say, that was very frustrating. Let the quality of your business do the work. I didn’t appreciate being hounded the way I was. Totally uncomfortable. What relaxation I got was totally gone after that conversation.
