Joe’s All-American Grill

We have been going to this place since they opened in this location. Service has gone downhill for the last two years. They cannot get your order right, do not understand that if you order wings as an appetizer they should be served before the meal not with or after. Last night we went in ordered our drinks and some wings. Told the server we wanted the wings as an appetized before our meal and explained how they never get it right. She came back with the drinks and told us she ordered the wings. We waited 15 to order our burgers and asked about the wings. She told us they were coming up. 20 minutes later, she brought our burgers. I asked what happened to the wings. Her reply «Oh, did you order wings»? I was like you seriously don’t remember we discussed this? She said I’ll put in an order for them. I said no, we don’t want them now. She then said I’ll have them taken off the check. I said thx you’re not going to charge us for food we never rec’d, great customer service. They place was not busy, only 3 other tables had customers and they were 4 servers. The manager never came over. We will not go back. We have given chance after chance and it just gets worse. The owners are never there and it is being run by kids who mostly look like prison escapees. Good bye, Joe’s we won’t be back and from the looks of your Saturday night «rush», this place won’t be here much longer.

I ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. I waited an Hour for them. It took an entire hour from the time the server took the order until it arrived.
If it were possible to give a negative star I would. I am a local and I will never be back!

We were here last month with a party of 8 and it took over an hour to get our dinners. Not only that, but either the wait staff and /​or the kitchen do not grasp the concept of eating together. We actually had one person almost eating alone since we all were almost finished because we were too hungry to wait. That said, we figured it was just a bad night with a large party.
However, as I am sitting here now with my wife and son and haven’t received our ordered in over 60 minutes, I now know they are terrible. Don’t recommend anyone waste their hard earned money on this place. It used to be a nice place, but something has really changed. I won’t be back.

Went there last night group of 8. The best was the server Lauren. She was attentive and worked well with us. On the good, those that wings or burgers were pleased. The Monday special on wings was a nice offer. On the less than great, at least two wanted to order the BBQ pork but they were out. On an order of rings they did not have enough for an order. A reduced price was offered up and we suggested just tossing some fries in instead of messing with a discount. The unsweetened tea was like water, no color or taste. Lauren got another jug better but not right. Other servers brought out the order and she (Lauren) apologized for things needed like baskets for wing bones etc and quickly fixed. Had it not been for her and actually very good tasting wings the visit would have been a write off. Maybe their deliveries come in later in the week. There is a lot of potential there with the basics.
Hopefully if we try it again on a other visit in the area we will have better luck as we have had in the past there.

DO NOT EAT HERE. How can you fail at a cheeseburger? They managed to do it. TWICE. Both burgers we ordered online to-​go were supposed to be medium well. They were cold and bloody, so much that the bun was soggy with blood. They forgot our french fries. I tried to eat it, but couldn’t when I bit into what felt like cold mashed potatoes. When we called to talk to the manager Allison, she had no idea how to do a refund, and offered no resolution besides offering a credit for next time we come in. I AM NEVER COMING BACK… unless I turn into a vampire

Though the service was deplorable the food was not bad, but only when at the restaurant. Don’t bother with the delivery as your fries will be cold and burger lukewarm at best.
The wings were hot and tasty, but took near half an hour to arrive. Their burgers are mediocre but their grilled chicken is quite good. It looked like my server was more interested in flirting with one of the cooks than anything else. When a fat ugly girl with terrible buck teeth asked how my meal was I lost my appetite and just wanted her to be gone so I lied in order to not need to explain any more.
I don’t know what kind of atmosphere they were trying for but it felt tacky and cheap despite the price I paid for my food. They had a brick pattern painted on the walls near the bathrooms. It made no sense and just added to the cheap feel of the place.
There are plenty of better places around to spend your money.

First time here and we sat for several minutes before we were even asked if we had menu’s. After about 5 minutes a young man asked what we wanted to drink and we shared we didn’t even have meanues when we orderd I have to admit the food was excellent. Tasty and a good portion. Little pricey but close to home and would go again.

Great burger, great fries, great hotdog and great margaritas! This place is low key and wasn’t crowded when we went. We sat one the patio. Service was good and quick. I can’t wait to come back to try other menu items.

I ate here often but only on occasion now. Others that do would know me because I always forced my son to come here after a concert and he’s still in his tux. I would say we were regulars and had been long before Joe’s was at it’s current address. 5 years ago I ate at Joe’s twice a week and would have ranked Joe’s a 5 for food and service. Lately I would agree with the other posts here. However, one post really shows a lack of the culinary history of Joe’s. Joe’s was never or will it ever be in competition with Buffalo Wild Wings, really? Was it a better eat-​in restaurant at one time absolutley but for the other posts it never was the best delivery. My problems with Joe’s is that the food has gotten very inconsistant. The kitchen is sometimes on slow even with a partially filled restaurant. One day the wings are good the next day it taste like the wings are day old and dry. The price has increased to a point I do think of other places to eat now. And the service has really become inconsistant. One point I will make to some of the new servers at Joe’s and I know they are young and I will make this as easy as possible… You have the target painted on your chest when the kitchen makes a mistake and you bring an order out incorrectly or the food looks bad. Ask yourself each time you pick up an order,“would I eat this?”. When another server accidently takes your wing order to another table don’t continue to serve other tables wings placing the first customer at the end of the line. Explain to newer customers they may have to wait a bit while the kitchen corrects a server mistake. Yeah that happened a few months ago and I am still ticked about it. I had to eat my wings at home and not with rest of the family.
Will I eat here again, probably out of hope that it does improve but with only one more concert to go I’m only planning one more trip to find out.

I do not rate this place as even a 1 star doesn’t deserve it but forced to put it to post. I ordered ONION STRAWS got ONION RINGS like 7 not even big ones 5.49 was even asked if I wanted them instead of the ONION STRAWS got I assume a manager over to table she said everything was weighed yeah right because mean time we were sitting there a big bowl full of ONION RINGS was brought over to us we said we already got ours hmm should have took the bowl too had I known the manager had no concern to correct the problem she was right customer wrong and she was to busy standing at bar playing with some baby and flirting with the baby’s daddy or the male holding the baby. Second of all ordered salad with grilled chicken no onions well it had onions I sat waited and waited for server to return finally picked the onions out of my salad and ate the not even warm processed grilled fake chicken not good at all lettuce was not even chilled like salad should be all I got for that was I’m sorry. Yeah well sorry I will let all I know that the food isn’t good and manager lacks customer service skills!!!

I would certainly be a MUCH better experience if they did not have UCF fist fighting on every TV screen. Come on… I want to eat… not look at two guys punch each other with black eyes and bloody faces. There are YOUNG kids that sit with their parents. You are running off your customers… Come On

Great local place with delicious wings and a clean, family safe and friendly environment. We’ve been coming here for years and the service and food are always good and they have the best wings in the Grayson area.

I love this place! Excellent wings. They have an amazing appetizer made with freshly cooked potato chips with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, sour cream, chili. Fantastic! Service is usually pretty good. It’s pricey but it’s not your typical restaurant chain ie Chili’s or Applebee’s. Drink selection is on par too. It can get loud and busy on Friday and Saturdays so be warned of that.

I used to always order Joe’s delivery because it was the only place that delivered something other than pizza. The food wasn’t very good, but sometimes it beats loading the kid up into the car to go out to eat when there’s no food at home. However, i recently had a terrible experience. I used to live about 2 minutes away from Joe’s, but moved to another place that’s about 5 minutes away. I ordered delievery, told them my new address, and it didn’t seem to be a problem. It took forever for the delivery guy to get to my house, and kept calling saying he was lost (which my house is not that hard to find. it’s right off grayson hwy). When he finally got there he was bitching about being lost, and said that my house was too far for them to deliver too. my house is 5 freaking minutes down the road from joe’s.really? It was unbelievably rude. After that experience, I won’t be eating there again. Spend your $$ elsewhere where the food AND service is good.

Trying to be like a Buffalo Wild Wings but with a tackier, cheaper looking decorum (Um, the false painted brick walls look really classy… NOT!) They do have many TVs and a bar of which I’m sure is their biggest draw.
Food quality is truly standard sports bar affair (Meh) and although they advertise their burgers as being «hand patted ½ pounders», what I received could have been matched for less $$ through any fast food drive through with a ¼lb offering. Fries where at least the steak kind and was served hot and fresh with a little salt.
Service was fast, friendly and efficient, but I’m not sure I would return to try more of their food offerings being that I witnessed more than one table sending stuff back to the kitchen.
