Okay I said what the hell and went back today I figured why not the manager promised me a free one. So I walk it was pretty busy every table was occupied almost so once again I ask the first waitress to pass me by where could I sit? This time there was a difference she actually talked to me and took me to a table and cleaned it off for me. As soon as I sat down another girl came over almost immediately and asked me what I wanted to drink then brought a menu. She was very nice and prompt. I ordered and got what I always got a calzone. The food came and as always it was great. The difference in this time and the others was the SERVICE. My waitress was attentive and checked on me throughout my meal making all the difference. After I ate I spoke to Jeremy the manager again and he was also good to his word and comped my meal on the house I also told him that I saw a dramatic improvement from my other visits. I was so happy I left my waitress a 5.00 tip on a 12.00 ticket. So in conclusion if this is the new Johnnys I will defiantly be back!

Don’t bother coming to this branch. the pizza is consistently poor. I’ve been coming here for a while and tonight’s pizza had these bubbles of air throughout which made it dry and chalky. I get it, you don’t want me as a customer. You win. I won’t be back.

First time and last time… Poor service, had to wait forever for our food, hardly any toppings on the pizza. Not worth it. Too many other restaurants out their appreciate their customers to waste my time again with this place.

I will never go to eat here again! The main reason we picked here to eat was because of an ad we saw in our local ad saver«$ 1 draft beers– Saturdays&Sundays during NBA and college basketball games» So we were there during the LSU vs. Alabama game, they were playing the game on their TV’s. Between my husband, and I we ordered 3 draft beers, and when the check came they charged us $ 2.75 per beer. I told our waiter about the ad, it WASNOT a coupon, so we never thought to bring it with us. He asked either the manager or owner, and came back saying it was only for NFL games. The ad saver was dated for February 2015, football??? We paid the $ 2.75 per brew, begrudgingly, because we knew we were right, but couldn’t prove it. Bottom line, every person in that restaurant was being overcharged for their beer. Oh… And the bottom of our pizza was mostly burnt… This was the Johnny’s Pizza in LOGANVILLE, GEORGIA(across from the 78 Walmart) The Johnny’s Pizza in Grayson is 775% better.

Good place with some issues. We had several good experiences and a few bad including my order sitting on the oven for 30+ minutes while I waited. Nice staff but some of them are pretty dumb(see above) some not. The pizza is better than big franchise brands but not amazing by any means. The subs sucked like something you throw together at home. After 6 – 8 visits you’ll be pretty sick of them but overall not a bad place. Amici Pizza 10 minutes down hwy 78 in Monroe is many times better, cheaper and charming walks in shady historic downtown. The wings far superior than Johnny’s. The Johnny’s in Monroe went out of business and I’m not surprised.

Not very often you will find me in Loganville but came here when searching for pizza joints in the area after going to Corn Dawgs, thanks to Unilocal. We didn’t want any Pizza Hut or Marco’s so we settled for Johnny’s New York Style Pizza. While walking in, it’s a casual environment with two large tv’s mounted to the wall. One of them above the bar. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. My nephew was at his terrible two stage and she was very patient and kind. My SIL even clumsily spiled her water all over the table and the waitress rushed over to help clean up. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with jalepenos, Spicy hot buffalo wings, fries, and caesar salad. My SIL ordered lasagna, small pizza, and garden salad. My other SIL ordered a large pepperoni pizza, mild buffalo wing, and fries. Fries were typical in restaurants with ketchup as condiments. The caesar salad I had was good but too much cheese, this is coming from someone who loves cheese. I didn’t realize there was beef on the meat lovers pizza, I hate beef! I would’ve enjoyed it more if it wasn’t there and tried to pick it off. It was good despite that. The wings were really good. At the end, I ordered desserts for everyone, they were like cinnamon donuts, probably pizza dough instead. We all enjoyed our meal and took little leftovers home. I have to give another shout out to the excellent service.

Family friendly and reasonably priced pizza, particularly by the slice. Two people in my party sent their slices back for being burnt, but I’m okay with the wood fired char on pizza crust.

This restaurant has just recently re-opened with a new owner. Don’t consider the older posts when making your decision to go there. The place is much better than it used to be. Wonderful pizzas and friendly service. I think they get our order wrong each time we go though, so ask them to say the order back to you and be prepared to eat something you didn’t ask for. Whatever you end up getting will be delicious! :o)

Went to this place on opening night. Gave them the benefit because it was reopening. Took FOREVER to get our food when all the people around us all got their food before us.(Table next to us that got there as the same time as us, ate and was gone before we got our food). When the owner came around asking if everything was ok, we said no, that we undestand its opening night, but this is ridiculous.(We had a table of 9 mind you). We will not go back. And the pizzas, and calzones are way overpriced for what you get.

I’m not one to write reviews unless I’m super passionate about something. I have visited this restaurant many times and have had great experiences every time, until last night. Let me start off by saying that it was my birthday. Our server was aware of it as soon as we got there. We had a group of 10 people. I asked our server, who was the manager on duty, if they had several different beers, she said they were out from the weekend with no apologies. It was Tuesday. I brushed it off and ordered a glass of wine. Wine glass was dirty… I have worked in the food industry so I understand water marks from the dishwasher, so I brushed that off too. We ordered our food. 40 minutes later, one pizza was out… wasn’t my food. 45 mins later, 2 subs were out, again, not my food. 50 mins later comes out everyone’s calzones, except mine. A few minutes later, then mine comes out… made horribly. I didn’t say anything. One tiny little apology came out of the server’s mouth at some point put it wasn’t sincere. One of my friends refused his food because of how long it had taken and she coped the biggest attitude. She came to our end of the table and complained about him. Rude. Then after eating a few bites, my appetite was gone because of the experience. We had to ask her what took so long, she blamed the kitchen and claimed to have made all of our food herself. I don’t like to have much attention on me so I stayed calm and quiet, but it was my birthday! I’m sorry but the girl should have made sure that mine came out first and not LAST. We had to ask her to comp my food. We shouldn’t have had to be in that position. She should have apologized over and over, but no. It was just a shame to have my birthday end that way. That girl does not need to be in customer service, and especially the manager. This restaurant is close to my home, and until last night, we visited numerous times, but until that girl can clean up her act or gets the boot, I will not be going there anymore.

Today I ordered a pick-up order. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 35 minutes later and the girl was rude at the counter. She said she would be back in a minute and never came back. So I got a seat and waited seriously for 30 minutes. It was empty and I was ignored. The girl didn’t even say«Your food will be ready soon!» or «I’m sorry for the wait, it’s coming right up!» I had my 1 and half year old son with me that was starting to go crazy for having to sit so long, so i got up to the counter. Finally my food appeared. But not all of it. they forgot my pizza slice and cokes. Then the she hands me a diet coke when i clearly didn’t say diet coke. Maybe they gave bad service because they thought they wouldn’t get a tip on a take-out order. Little did they know I always tip 20% on dine in AND take-out orders. I will never go to that location again, I’ll drive my happy ass to the Grayson Location where the employees aren’t dumbasses.

The pizza is wonderful. It is a pain to get in and out of the place just because of the traffic volume on 78. The staff is pretty nice but they could learn a few things about customer service.
