The service here is great and nice. The food selection and prices are good. The quantity of food is reasonable and plentiful. Parking is easy, as there’s a big shared lot. It’s located in a nice enough and convenient area. I’ll recommend this as A OK and a good place to come visit and try. I think they specialize in Tofu based foods too.

This place is delicious. Today was my second time coming in and I was not disappointed. I got the soon tofu and it was great. The old lady that works there is so sweet. She was very attentive that we/the good were good and that we had refills on our side dishes. This is my favorite Korean restaurant and will continue to come. The place doesn’t look special but you should definitely come. You will not be disappointed!

Food is very pricey. Plenty of parking. Fast service. You can dine in or take out. The Korean bar b q is very good. The restaurant is very clean. You may need assistance with the menu if you don’t speak or read Korean.

Yes I’m still a big fan of this cozy restaurant. I used to come here every Friday but no so often lately… sob The food tastes so good and on top of that, the owner lady is so sweet. She’s always trying to make sure if we need more banchan(small side dishes). Sometimes she gives us fruits as desserts.

As a Korean from South Korea, this place reminded of my home. Korean food was great and they made really god seafood pancakes! Side dishes were sufficient for two girls and we tried Yook-Gae-Jang, spicy beef soup with fresh vegetables. If you only know about KBBQ from Korean Cuisine, you should try this place to explore other awesome and succulent Korean dishes!

A hot summer day in Los Angeles, no energy to cook… When in doubt, search for some cold naengmyun(cold buckwheat noodles)! This place is the perfect place to go if you’re in the neighborhood and want to grab a quick Korean very casual meal. It’s not fancy but the food is legit and the woman who owns it is very sweet. We ordered the seafood bibimbap, seafood pancake, and the naengmyun! For those who have never tried this perfect summer dish, it’s essentially cold thin noodles in an icy cold beef broth. They typically garnish it with cucumbers, radish, a boiled egg, and a slice or two of beef. The dish literally has ice cubes floating in it! Pretty tasty food for the South Bay area. My Korean mom recommended it!

The restaurant only has a Korean language sign but is easy to find. The restaurant isn’t any thing special and I would have considered moving on if it wasn’t a little bit late. We asked the elderly lady who was taking our order what she would recommend for two vegetarians(my daughter and wife). She recommended the Sulung Tang(bowl of noodles with beef) for me(I wasn’t too hungry). Very good but not outstanding.

Unilocal, you failed me. This place is not good. Service is bad. Food is meh. Price is a bit on the high end for the quality. It seems like the ajum ma is the server and cook and I feel bad leaving such a low rating… but the people must know! I came here expecting something better for a restaurant rated 4.5 stars. The two variety of kimchi tasted like plastic, the fermented radish taste like plastic… the only good ban chan was the potato. The nyang myun tasted like the frozen kind I could buy from the market. The suh lung tang had very little flavor and was almost like it was just water. Overall, I will not be back.

Satisfying! Great people. Small mom and pa restaurant. I love trying new food and eating Korean food is always a comfort food to me. I’m glad that I found this little whole-in-the-wall resturant. The customer service is good, considering that the server is an older Korean woman. Her and her husband are great cooks!

It’s not fancy but damn delicious! We had the BBQ short ribs, cold spicy buckwheat noodle, fried rice with shrimp, BBQ chicken & soon tofu. Everything was amazing & the owner is the cutest lady ever!

so… I didn’t mean to eat here, but waiting for my oil change and tire rotation I figured that I might as well. I enter and no one is there… seated or staff… hmmm? Then I see an older woman who is the nicest person… very polite. I sit down to eat and let her know that I’m not familiar with korean food. Soup of no soup is what she offers… soup. lol she brings me a very good tasting soup… also some add ins… I taste them and each one was good, but was into the soup. Next chance I will be back.

I love this place! The owner lady is so nice. The food is a hit or miss. Some stuff is super yummy while others are not. My all time favorite is the seafood soon tofu. It is spicy and honestly tastes better than BCD which is up the street and it is open early. Best thing for breakfast! The seafood gal gook su is good too. My wife and son love it. Do not the it togo though because the noodles eat all the soup. Lol. We try to come here a few times a month since the food is great and the owner is super nice. She remembers me all the time.

This is yet another fabulous place of proof that you do not need to go highly expensive locations for amazing food. It’s tucked inside a small shopping center where we were doing our laundry. We just wanted something because we had to do laundry but we absolutely did not want McYuck’s. Outside the building are pictures of what they make. Having gone to some good places and some bad places of various culture themed restaurants, we were expecting good but not phenomenal. The woman who helped us at the counter was very friendly had a beautiful smile and explained some of the menu choices. I got the stone rice bowl & traditionally it does come with a raw egg on top. I have seen this on cooking shows before but I was a little nervous to try it so I sheepishly asked if I could leave it out. Without missing a beat she was incredibly friendly and said no problem. I forget the name of the dish my boyfriend had but it was a chicken dish that smelled amazing but tasted phenomenal. There were six small condiment dishes and each dish had a little something in it. There were two dishes that held spicy, there was potatoes that was a little sweet — everythung was flavorful. I didn’t try the spicy but my boyfriend said it was fantastic. I did try everything else and it was delicious both with my bowl and by itself. When the woman brought out my bowl she mixed up the bowl for me. Sitting there inhaling the perfume of the food was enchanting. I almost didn’t want to eat it — just keep inhaling the delicious smells. The aroma of it was only a teaser though because from the very first bite I was an absolute food love. If you want thick velvet curtains and fake gold trimming & all the fanciness of Hollywood restaurants than you won’t make it past the menu but will sadly miss out on some of the best food I have experienced in Southern California area. This definitely goes into my top favorites list.

Went here for the first time and was very impressed. Food was amazing and so was the service. We ordered Bibimbap and Galbi and both were delicious and tasted very authentic. So happy to have found this gem, will definitely come back.

Not a juicy Korean place, didn’t hit the spot Sorry for being such a Naysayer about this place but it was forgettable. You The only reason why this place didn’t get a 1 or 0 stars is because of the sweet lady owner. Ordered the galbi tang(rib soup) and the seafood pancake. The rib soup was good but the only meat I got was 1 bone and the other was pure bone. Was not happy about getting only 1 rib for paying $ 10. The seafood pancake was not that great either. I don’t think it was cooked thoroughly so it had a light color. But I just didn’t enjoy it too much and that is one of my favorite foods. The prices aren’t cheap here. The soup was in a small hot pot bowl and the seafood pancake was $ 15 and it was medium sized. I pretty much spent like $ 30 here and the portion size was small and tasted whatever. The appetizers sucked too, weren’t my favorites. Plus, it took so long to get my food.
