Luv Your Colon

Hello ! I went here about 2 yrs ago, The owner is such a wonderful person, she greets u with respect & technology she uses is the best i’ve seen, the set up is privately done its very clean .I felt so much better awards stomach didnt have that full feeling anymore. she had a special which work for so I was able to do a second session. I Highly recommended all my family, friends&colleagues.you will feel so much better. Thank u Mrs. Pat

My boyfriend gifted me with a colonic session for Christmas, so I made my appointment for the first week in January-​2013. I have no idea where the other reviewers went, but my experience at LUV YOUR COLON was WONDERFUL! I too had a coupon and there were no issues or rudeness. The owner nicely answered all of my questions as I completed the 6 page questionnaire. She was very patient when she explained the equipment and the procedure. She checked on me several times and asked how I was feeling. I will certainly go back and I highly recommend LUV YOUR COLON!

The rudest lady that I’ve ever met as a business owner!!! HOOOORRRIBBLE! Stay away!!! She’s rude, angry, and will make you feel like you owe her something for doing the service. Hated the experience and her!!! She yelled at me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I had purchased a groupon and wish that I didn’t waste my $. I hope she goes out of business because people like her need to be as far away from society as possible. Btw only one person works there and she will be the one performing the service. Take it from me and all these other reviewers-DON’T COME HERE! RUN!!! and run FAST!

All I will say is that the owner is very rude. I would never spend my money here again. I now go to Embody in Redondo Beach and always have a great experience.

WORST GROUPON EXPERIENCE EVER!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Didn’t even use my groupon!
Here’s my story: I called the day my groupon expired (yes I waited until the last minute) to see if I could get an appointment that day or if I could still use my groupon on another day, as long as I made the appointment by the expiration date.
The lady on the phone responded with, «Well, I’m all booked today because most people make their appointments weeks in advance.» (In a very rude tone)
I said I understand and asked if she would still honor my groupon as long as I made my appointment before the groupon expired, as most groupon companies do.
She said, «Well, if you do that you will have to pay an extra charge.»
I asked how much and she said that since my groupon was worth $ 35 that I would have to pay an additional $ 35 to use my groupon past the expiration date. I said that I didn’t want to do that and asked about a refund.
She said she didn’t know anything about a groupon refund policy, so I read it to her from my groupon: «If the merchant refuses to honor this voucher because the promotional value has expired or for any other reason, Groupon will refund the amount paid. Period.»
After no response from her, I asked her if she has ever extended an expiration date for a groupon voucher, as I have never been turned away from using a groupon after the expiration date.
She said no.
I then reply with, «Ok, no problem. Most groupon companies honor groupons past the expiration date and put the customers first. I will be sure to note this conversation in a review about your company.»
Her response: «Gimme a break» and then HUNG UP ON ME. Wow! I couldn’t believe she runs a business this way!
Needless to say, I had to write a review for this place. I have never written a review on Unilocal before and I knew I had to in this case. I could not let another customer go to this place without knowing how rude this lady was. I have no idea how this place is in business! After all, don’t business use groupon to expand their business and get a good word out about their business?
Her attitude will definitely lead to a decrease in business.

I had waited 3 months to get this appt through Groupon. When I did try to make it, I didn’t get a live voice for 2 days, then not a return call for 3 days. That should of told me not to go to this business. I did anyway, then Patricia, the owner, refused to service me! She didn’t like how I wouldn’t give my e-​mail out. Also, she wasn’t satisfied how I filled out the 6 page application. I didn’t have any of the diseases or illnesses, so I thought I did it right. Anyway, she preceded to yell at me for not taking a colonic seriously. I’ve actually have had one before, so I don’t know how you couldn’t take this procedure seriously.
Well, Patricia tore up my application in front of me and I felt very verbally abused! I couldn’t believe I was treated in such a manner from a business owner! I’m still in shock, and wasted 1 ½ hours driving there of my life that I can never get back.
If you want to get a colonic, go somewhere where the person actually cares about you and your health! I would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can!!!

This lady was very rude, never smiled and had an attitude. I recommend all groupon users to stay away and save your 35 dollars. Her services aren’t even worth a dollar. I have had a colon cleanse done at others places and none of them were as bad as the customer service at this place. Dot know how this lady has been in business this long with a nasty attitude like that and not only that, but I only received 30 min of service and my apt was at noon By the time I was at the front desk again it was 12:55. Wasn’t worth my gas, time or 35 dollars and will never be returning and I advise all of you the same. STAY AWAY… RIP OFF.

Ok, today my and my girl went to cleanse our colons… When we walked up stairs tried to open the door the door was locked… I thought to my head why is the door locked… But, after thinking about it i was like ok… alot of ppl want privacy… so, we sat down and filled out paper work. Like a regular medical office (legit)… so, my girl went first… she was in there for about 30 mins… she came back to me and explained the process on how like it feel like you have to take a big SHIT and when the shit comes out it feels good… I was really excited to go for it… So, after a little prep talk with the lady i was comfortable and ready to take a big SHIT.
Now, i never had anything go in my ass… so, putting a tube inside my ass did not feel to comfortable. I was thinking damn this is really going to hurt but it did not hut as much as i thought it did… The lady stood by my side and talked to me thoughout the whole ordeal. She said i was really constipated cuz, my shit will not loosen up and go down the drain and that i was to tense… «which i was» It was hard for my shit to come out… SHE KEPT SAYING PUSH ROGER COME ON AND PUSH ROGER… you can do it… (thinking to myself, this is how it feel when a lady gives birth) also, thinking damn lady im pushing as hard as i can… The shit dont want to come out yet it has a mind on its own. After 90 mins of trying to push a big ass TERD just came out of no where. i was like WTF is that… I never seen that before.
She recommend me to come back in 3 days cuz of how backed up i was… Now, my girl has to come back in about 90 days… I guess her shit was clean…
Will go back and highly recommend.

I went early, but the office was closed for lunch, so I waited outside. I walked back up and the door was opened 5 minutes before my appointment. I don’t have a problem with that, — everyone needs a lunch break!
After filling out the usual forms, I was led to a private room. I was given very thorough information on how the equipment worked, then given privacy to undress. She came back to make sure I understood what I needed to do and answer any questions, and once I started and felt comfortable, she left the room. She checked back with me within 5 minutes, then checked back 10 minutes after that.
When I was finishing the treatment, she gave me the last set of instructions and then gave me privacy to clean and dress.
The office and treatment room is very clean.
I think she acted very professionally. She did not push for me to have more treatments. I did not make a future appointment, but I know I will be calling her back next month.
