Less than 1 star. Snobby waitress walked past us three times. Left after 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement. Trashy staff. Not worth it. Dumb a$$ waitress watched us walk out. Never again!

Been here a handful of times. Really nice local spot if you’re looking for a low key bar that provides all of the essentials. Beer, liquor, food, local hometown hospitality, karaōke, live band nights. And if all else fails a contemporary jukebox ! Ohearns is a nice gem — good find if you’re not from the area. Go dive bars!

This is my favorite dive, so close I could walk. Haha Its more of a local crowd, friendly vibes. I’ve always felt comfortable even if I go by myself.(There are very few bars I will stay at alone so that says a lot lol) But I always seem to run into someone I know so. I’m not alone for very long… I like when live bands play and I think they have a DJ on the weekends. The food is great for bar food. I love taco Tuesday! Never had pickled eggs and pretzels before but I have to say… They are kinda good haha The only thing missing is I wish the patio was set up for eating and drinking outside. Way better on a hot day.

Friendly neighborhood bar in Lomita. Bartender– Jenny– is so helpful and positive; we have a fantastic time every time we visit… This place is a great local place to hang out and have a few cocktails They have a small food food menu and offer live music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Small patio area is also a available.

Just your run of the mill neighborhood bar. Really loud music and colorful neighborhood folks. Beer list was meh. Didn’t stay for any food, but those around me seemed to enjoy the pub fare.

Cute place, cheap beers, and a decent happy hour. I just got their nachos and they are delicious! Delightfully surprised. As the others have said, it’s a quaint cozy bar atmosphere and I enjoyed how sweet the bartender Laura was. She quizzed me on my I’d really good(I’m from NY and here in CA). Which I got a nice laugh out of. A bit of an older crowd here, but all around not a bad place for a couple of beers.

Love my little dive bar! Bartenders and security are all super wonderful! Especially Toni and Colton! The place wasn’t always so great but since the new owners took over they have really cleaned the place up not only cosmetically but they have really made an effort to keep the reff raff out! So if like dive bars check out O’hearns! You’ll have a great time!

I have to say, the WORST service we have ever experienced! The bartenders are rude, and ignore you if they feel like it. We love to go where there is live music, as we know a lot of the local bands, but we will NEVER step foot into that bar again!!!

We have been to ohearns a handful of times. Always around lunch time. Taco tues is great. Place is cozy quiet and great food. Try the garlic fries are awesome! Employees are personable and tell us the night hours have live music and karaōke one night a week. Might check it out one of these days when friends come to town.

Look… fuck every one who hates on this place. see for yourself. The service is great… The drinks are reasonably priced… televisions for all sports… and please please please try the triple b burger… Bleu cheese, bacon, and bar b questions sauce all freshly prepared on fresh bread… I was amazed when I tried the food, they have 5 start quality food with a down home environment. …I love it and anyone who does not like this place is a no class having loser…

I would not recommend this place the bartender is rude does not enjoy her job assumes your drunk to offer service. This I believe is the worst place to hit. don’t dare go in !! Bunch of druggies my first impression of this place was horrible I was asked for my id I kindly gave her my id ask my address ?? Ok so I live in a duplex house my id has one of the address prior that I used to live I had recently moved by one number of by duplex home that I mistakenly gave her she denied me service she rudely didn’t let me explain. My bad !! For her information I wasn’t even drunk she got security on me to leave !! What I thought should of been a cool place to hang out wasn’t. She needs more profession in her bar tending !! She needs to get fired I dident get her name which I should of to put her on blast !! My review my experience here !!!

I hate this place since it changed ownership from what used to be Ricky Gene’s. Ricky Gene’s was the best dive bar with great music, karaōke and drinks. O’hearns remodeled and it looks nicer but there are a whole lot of Cholos, yes I said cholos, gangsters whatever. Every time I’ve been there there has always some kind of drama. and they fired the best KJ in the world Alex, Now some other guy does it and brings out his dinky old system with a 13″ TV… I don’t think we will ever go back there again. The only great thing about O’hearns are the bartenders, Toni & Patricia.

I love this place! The food is good & they offer daily specials. I recommend the Guinness Burger & garlic cheese fries. The drink prices are also great, very inexpensive compared to some of the bars I’ve been too.

Horrible. Half the patrons in there are literally on Methamphetamine. If LA County Sheriff were to do a sweep at any given night they’d find half the LA’s Most Wanted list. The bartender Girls with push up bras(cause they can’t afford the real fake boobs) are obviously in whatever Meth operation is going on in there. They high five the dealers who get hooked up with drinks and food. Like Julienne mentioned DONOT pay with your credit card, pay cash as you go. If you pay credit, you don’t get a breakdown of your tab at your end and if you ask for one get ready to be judged on your level of «drunkness». Stay away from this place, simple as that.

Having driven by this place many many times, decided to ‘stick my head in’ and see what the deal is… Typical neighborhood beer joint with pool tables, karaōke night and a little stage for bands. I went there on a Wednesday around 9 pm and it seems pretty chill, just a few locals and regulars hanging out. Bartender was nice. Easy parking. Drink specials and Happy Hour times.

Enter if you dare. This is a typical dive bar, but watch out for the thief behind the bar. If Tony or Toni, whatever the hell her name is, is working make sure you pay cash for each of your drinks. DONOT start a tab with her. She will charge you for extra drinks and try to screw you over by saying that you’re drunk. This place used to be called Ricky Gene’s and I don’t know if new management took over, but how in the world did they keep that liar on staff.
