We were looking to get some tiles for our bathroom remodel. Eventhough we didn’t purchase from Southwestern, Henry was a lot of help. He spent a good 30 minutes explaining the differences in the tiles and helped with my numerous questions. We didn’t buy from him because we were looking for onyx and they had limited stock for me to look at. Jan called me back after she found the yellow tiles and was very help. Henry is a real gem.

To the reviewer who only gave them 2 stars… I get what you are saying. I have been in there twice in the last month and had the same «impression». However, I actually hovered around the desk and got them to help me and when they did it was great! on both occasions a sales person spent a lot of time with me. Both women were really nice and we chatted about other things besides my bathroom project. I haven’t ordered yet but will be soon and don’t expect a problem.
A few months ago we used Southwestern where a decorator did all the selecting and ordering and everything seemed to go fine.
Great selection and all price levels.

Just finished our bathroom renovation. We bought the tile and had the counter and shower seat fabricated by Southwestern Tile. Everything turned out wonderfully. Any requested we had were handled promptly by the friendly staff. Agustin and Kim were exceptional as was Henry, the owner. And their prices are competitive with any in the area!
