I don’t go to the movies as I have a ton of other options. When I do go to a movie this is the theatre I choose. Close to home, reasonable prices on most things and the morning staff is usually very helpful. The food prices are about average. The only thing I think was overpriced was the dbox. If you can forego ordering online do it. They charge a pretty high fee for the privilege.

Both times I have been here the theater my movie was playing on had an outdated screen, dirty/sticky floors and the previews lasted over a half hour after the listed showtime. I have vowed to only watch Netflix/Redbox in the comfort of my own home after the last experience. Definitely not worth the price. I’ll travel a further distance if I ever change my mind.

Good movie choices, not super comfortable seating(I prefer more cushion and an arm that goes up, but that’s just me.) PLEASE turn up the heat. Our entire family was freezing today and it’s not the first time. When we walked out, it was so much warmer in the lobby!

I have been to this movie theater several times. It’s in a convenient location in Londonderry and almost always has good movie options and times. I appreciate that you can buy tickets online via fandango, but wish that there was a kiosk at the theatre that you could pick the tickets up vs. waiting in the normal ticket line. Adding kiosks would be a major improvement. There is only one concession area that is open at a time, which usually means that the line is very long. The seats in the theaters are comfortable and plentiful. The bathrooms could use some upgrades.
