We contacted Rymes and spoke with Carrie to inquire about who could repair a propane connection inside of our fireplace. She indicated she would find out and call us back. She did call back and scheduled the respective tech the next day. The gentleman came out and resolved the matter within minutes. He was friendly and thanked us for doing business with them. We were a customer of Fred Fuller for many years. We had our heating system die and needed it fixed. When we were Fred Fuller, they came right out and fixed it. We were going on our second day of not having heat, and their response was, we can’t help you, we have to do inventory. We found someone else, and they came right out and fixed it. I am done with them.
