I have shopped at the Lone Tree store since forever. Always had helpful staff. But in the last year, I am very disappointed with the customer service. They used to come up to you when you came in store but now I have to find someone to help and they can never help without checking with someone. And I’ve gotten incorrect info on products. And, when I tried to return a liter of conditioner that was too thick to come out of bottle, I was passed the time to return. It was damaged. I have switched to Ulta and find a consistent better experience kind of like BB used to be

So I’ve gone to get my hair cut at this location three times. The first time the girl who cut my hair was sooooo slow! It was a Sunday and I was the only one in there. I got there at about 2 and didn’t leave til 6. I had to ask her three times to take more length off. I left feeling like I didn’t get a hair cut. There was hardly any length taken off and she didn’t add any of the layers I asked for. Then when I went to pay they asked how much tip to leave. I said to leave 15% (a few dollars) they charged me $ 15…not 15%
I hated my haircut so I called back to let them know. They offered a free fix. Which I took them up on. I had a referral to visit Christina who also works at the salon. So I requested the fix with her. She did a GREAT job! She cut my bangs the right way too (wet trim and then fixed dry). I would have given more stars if my cut with Christina had been my last experience… Christina really is amazing.
I went about a week ago for a bang trim… Just dropped in. Christina wasn’t there… But I was hopeful that my first haircut experience was just a fluke. Plus it was only a bang trim. I can’t remember the girl’s name, but she was blonde. I gave her all my expectations: hair needs to be wet, fall slightly above eyebrows, and on the thicker side. Next thing I know she wets my hair, twists it all and snips. Who has teaches this technique??? More and more hairstylists are doing this. My bangs were sticking straight out like a damn hair visor! They weren’t even in length and just sticking straight out. She left multiple side whispies too that were all different lengths. She kept asking me how I liked it. At one point I seriously asked her if she couldn’t see all the uneven hairs? She just said oh those aren’t your bangs. REALLY?
$ 7 for the worst bang trim in history.
I guess I’ll just have to call ahead to get Christina even for my bang trims. Idk if the stylists at his location have a senior stylist to help them or train them, if they don’t, they need to give Christina that job! Seriously Christina is a 5 star stylist…

I will always be a devotee of the liter sale, but it turns out Beauty Brands is good all year round! They sell great product from a lot of different brands, all good quality. They also almost always have some sort of a special going on. On my last visit, buying $ 25 of makeup got me a gift bag filled with over $ 100 of samples– and not sad samples, actually useful stuff I’m very happy to have. Plus, getting on their email list can make you eligible for other discounts and specials as well.
Turns out you’ll find me here throughout the year, not just July!

I actually went in for a haircut and to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed back in March. Christina Sanchez was who helped me take care of all of this. Best haircut I have had in a long time. She did a great job on my nails and on my brows. I really need to go back and see her again soon. I just wish I lived closer. On top of the amazing service it ended up not being that pricey at all. I thought it was a really good value. Plus Cassie who works at the register is a total doll. Love this place!!!

Great customer service, I love this location! The guy with the beautiful long curly hair even ran samples out to my car. I do shop here about once a week but they are always so nice and never have a problem with the coupons from beauty brands in my email that you can get free items with a purchase. So nice! Going back today for there liter sale! All liters of shampoo and conditioner are $ 12.98 a piece. GREAT DEAL!!!

My hair stylist turned me on to this place a few years back. She told me of their Liter sale. The same brands you can buy in the salon for usually ½ the price or less. The hook is it’s only once a year. This usually happens in mid June or early July. I personally stock up and only buy shampoo, conditioner, de tangler and whatever else catches my eye once a year. They also have semi annual hair spray sales, apparently one of those is coming up in March ladies.
On this particular visit I went to buy hairspray. Yes, I know it wasn’t sale time but I couldn’t help that I had run out and I needed it for a dinner outing later that evening. Now if you’ve spent enough time with me you know I forget what things are called. It’s hair spray, how hard can it be? The particular type I had been using in the empire state building tall can lasted me quite a while. So I walked in and was greeted. «Can I help you?» Sure, I need hairspray. «OK, what brand?» ummm, aaaa, oooohhh Crap I can’t remember. Grey can about yeah high with a number on it. I even stumped her. It was like I bleed her brain dry of knowledge at that very moment. I got the best deer in headlights look I had ever seen. It was like she was mimicking my own blank look. Someone yelled out Redken. Yep! that was it! ok great… what number do you need? Geeze… I have looked at that can a million times over the past year. Ah yes. 60. 60? We don’t carry a 60. Are you out? Yes, Probably. This is when she said the oddest sounding thing to me.
If you buy the wrong stuff and you don’t like it or it doesn’t work the way you want it to, you can bring it back and we will replace it. Again the blank look from me. You can return half used hair spray? «Yes» she said with a proud beam. Huh? This is something I never knew. Would have never imagined or even thought of to be honest. It turns out they are the only place that will do that. OK great. Then I will take this and this.
Now here’s the other thing. They have a club of some type, rewards thing. You buy 100.00 in one shot or collectively and you get a coupon for 10% off your next purchase. So now next time I go in I will be able to get 10% off of whatever I buy even if it’s on sale.
I will be returning one of the cans of hairspray I got because I hadn’t used it, and when I got home, I realized the 60 is actually a 09. upside down, backwards and in a mirror it looks like a 60!

The customer service in this store is outstanding. Every time I come in I’m greeted and asked if I need help finding what I need. I go to the Ulta across the street often and I don’t think I’ve ever had an employee other than the cashier talk to me.
I was in a few weeks ago looking to purchase a CHI straightener and the district manager happened to be in and helped me select one. Not only that, she informed me about all the specials associated with the purchase, as well as a coupon opportunity for 20% off. Today, I wanted to use several coupons I had received to purchase nail polishes. The girl who rang me up informed me about the special they had running, which would net me a free topcoat, and when I struggled to dig up one of my coupons from my purse, she gave me the discount anyway. This may have been a $ 5 comp for the store but positive word of mouth is worth so much more than that.
I’m only giving four stars because I got my eyebrows waxed here three weeks ago and not only were they uneven, I broke out like crazy afterwards. For $ 13+ tip I would expect a clean, precise wax. However, that’s an issue I have with that particular esthetician, not the store itself.

Bahar is awesome! In the area for a week from KC and had a wonderful experience. Great cut, color, and style. Bahar did such a great job that I made an appt for my husband for the same afternoon.

So I was in Denver, CO for a wedding last week and needed some serious work on my hair. I was very interested in visiting this salon cause of the reviews and the great location! I am so please with my hair. I had always done the at home box dye and I seriously dont think I will ever go back to that stuff! My hair is now an all over beautiful chocolate brown with high lights. This is definitely not a look i could achieve at home. Also during my visit I got a manicure and pedicure. The same girl did all of my services and she was amazing and so fun to talk to! She was very well educated and gave a great massage! I will come back when Im in town! Thanks so much Jenny!

I give beauty brands 5 stars for the variety or brands they have. Love glo minerals and this is the closet place that sells it! They also have a ton of hair care items and a good selection of tools.
I give their salon only 1 star. I saw a stylist there who cut my hair unevenly. I had waited awhile to get my haircut since I didn’t know where to go … Sadly I made a bad decision. I still had split ends even though I told the stylist I wanted them all gone no matter how much length it took off. My bangs were cut with the wrong part (side swept) and they were super blunt not blended at all. I considered going back to have them fix it but I was so unhappy with it I just wanted to find somewhere else. I’d suggest making sure your hair is even on the bottom before leaving! Don’t be fooled by them curling your hair and not showing the true cut

I don’t come here that often, but I don’t miss their annual liter sale each July/​August. You can get liters of shampoo and some conditioners for only $ 11.98 each. The Chi that I get normally costs around $ 34 a liter, so I come in and stock up for the whole year. I sometimes also find other fun things, but it’s mainly this sale that draws me in.
They do have a rewards program, so after you spend a certain amount you get 10% off your next purchase. And, your reward coupon doesn’t expire, even though it has an expiration date on it. Love that.

I love Beauty Brands! Not only do they have a gigantic selection of product but they have a full service salon and spa! I love exploring their retail selection that includes some of the best product lines: Pureology, Redkin, Sexy Hair, Chi, Opi, Essie, Biolage, TIGI, Hempz, Skin Solutions, Tweezerman and Too Faced (to name a few).
They have a great selection of beauty tools like blow dryers, flatirons, brushes, makeup mirrors, velcro curlers and hair accessories. Plus there is an entire section of men’s product.
The best part of Beauty Brands are their salon & spa services. Tiffany has been my stylist for three years. I fly in from Arizona every month specifically to have my hair cut and colored by Tiff. She genuinely cares about each one of her clients and goes out of her way to make every visit enjoyable. As a master colorist and teacher, she is a true artist. She is an amazing person and absolutely loves what she does; I tried to find another stylist after I moved away and no one could compare to Tiff!
The staff are extremely accommodating and add the personal touch no high-​end salon can. I highly recommend the Park Meadows beauty brands to everyone; there is no place I’d rather go for all of my beauty needs.

I get my haircuts here. I love that I get to choose my level of stylist, do I want someone that’s been doing it for a year or someone who’s been doing it for more then 10? Even choosing a senior stylist, I’ve still had some bad do’s from here, but not incredibly, buy a wig horrible (and always when I’ve seen someone other then my normal stylist). My biggest complaint is the teenagers at the reception. They have not written down my appointments before. Anyways, it’s a nice alternative to some of the other chain hair salon’s in the area. Prices are slightly higher, but not as bad as a private salon. Haven’t tried their other services but they do nails and other stuff here. My stylist Rosemary is great!
