Block Advisors

Do not use this block advisers! I use them for my taxes this year and they messed up my state taxes. They also charged more than the H&R block guy I used last year. When I requested a refund for them messing up my taxes, I was contacted by the branch manager and promised he would follow up with me about a partial refund. Never received a follow-​up call or a refund. I will never use H&R Block again and recommend no one else does. I paid over $ 500 to have a supposed professional process my taxes. They did not do it correctly and I won’t know for weeks if the changes made were correct. They are extremely unprofessional at this location and do not follow through. A Better Business Bureau complaint is going to follow this Unilocal review. I just don’t want anyone to have to go through what I did with these folks.
