Creekside Endodontics

I have a really huge fear of Dentists and dental procedures. Dr Stubbs and his amazing stuff, not only understood but, did everything they could to make my root canal pain-​free and put me at ease. Best ever dental experience! I highly recommend this practice!

Root canals are no fun, but having one in this office actually makes them quite pleasant! Between Dr. Stubbs’ awesome sense of humor and the friendly banter with his staff, the experience felt more like a night out with friends than a medical procedure. They really made the time fly and helped to calm my frayed nerves.
Dental procedures are always difficult for me, as I had no dental care as a child and that led to some unique issues that provide endless confusion for my dentists. Dr. Stubbs kept me posted on how things were going every step of the way during the procedure, and he was very thorough in cleaning out infected areas and thoroughly evaluating my challenging case.
I came in with a cracked molar that probably cannot be saved for much longer, and Dr. Stubbs stopped and gave me options as he went in and determined the full extent of the damage. If anyone can save this tooth, I believe that he can, but he also gave me several opportunities to halt the procedure and try an implant if I wanted to go that direction. He was straightforward about limitations due to my issues. I really appreciate that upfront quality in a provider. I don’t expect miracles but I do expect an honest assessment.
I have complete confidence that he knows what he’s doing, and for someone like me that is a rare statement. I recently had a terrible experience with a dentist who wasn’t thorough enough to even notice my unique complications — much less address them in treatment. I refuse to write online reviews that someone doesn’t deserve, but I try to remember to write them when someone goes above and beyond. If Dr. Stubbs ever decided to start providing routine dental and orthodontic care, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Other pros:
— His assistants! These young ladies are the best.
— Massage chairs and a soothing spa-​like atmosphere with bottled water and a Keurig in the waiting area. The location isn’t convenient for me personally but it’s such a beautiful area it is worth the drive.
— Not a single bit of pain during the root canal. I don’t understand why people make such a big deal about these, but maybe I’ll understand once I wake up sore tomorrow! It was literally the easiest dental procedure I’ve had (other than the lengthy duration of having to keep your mouth open, which is just the nature of root canals). I’ve been in the worst pain of my life this week with this tooth, and now I only have minor soreness. So worth it!
— Check out the Creekside Endodontics web site. I always do online research before choosing medical providers, and I liked how Creekside clearly outlined their financial policies and accepted insurance options. It was also great to be able to fill out all the new patient forms online.
— I had not been to an endodontist before this week so I can’t compare the x-​ray technology in this office to that of other endodontists, but compared to my dentist’s x-​rays, the Creekside ones are amazing. I actually took a photo of my x-​ray with my phone because I had never seen that level of detail. Each year I have the standard and panoramic x-​rays, but no dentist had ever mentioned that a previous dentist left a piece of my tooth inside my gum during an old extraction. Perhaps their equipment simply did not detect it? I appreciate that Dr. Stubbs pointed this out to me, as I am considering implants next year and this could cause complications.
I honestly can’t think of any cons at this point. Dr. Stubbs is the best!

Dr. Stubbs, his staff and his office are all very nice. My consultation here unfortunately confirmed that my tooth will be meeting the tooth fairy very soon.

I’ve been in severe pain for a few days now due to a fractured molar. I called and requested an appointment. I was told to head on over to the office, as they would fit me in. I was greeted by name at the door and offered water by their awesome receptionist as I waited to be called back (which was a short 10 mins later). After a detailed exam and X-​ray i was informed I would need two root canals. I was in tears after finding out what I needed to have done. He explained everything from the procedure to insurance coverage. It was obvious how much he cared about my pain and anxiety. He is a true professional and a kind soul. I have never had so much trust in a dentist. Everyone there is a pleasure to speak to. Thank you so much for your time Dr Stubbs.

I am what you might call «high anxiety» when it comes to going to the dentist. Maybe it’s the drills in my mouth, or the fact that my dentist from back home royally screwed up two crowns on my molars about six years ago. One tooth was so far gone I had to have it extracted a few years ago, and the other crown I finally replaced about a month ago (not at creekside, at clever dental.) While the crown they did was beautiful and far better than the one I had before, I found myself in even more pain than before!
This is where Creekside swooped in and saved me! After accessing the situation, dr Stubbs told me I needed a root canal. My issues with this tooth go way back, so I was really hoping that this would be the end of the tooth pain that had been plaguing me for nearly 7 years now. I had the procedure yesterday and in spite of a little soreness, I am so relieved to say my molar is no longer in pain! For seven years it’s been giving me hell and I finally feel relief! I am so, so grateful, I have been chewing on one side of my mouth for the better part of a decade, can you believe it?! I highly recommend creekside! They saved me!

One doesn’t ever want to be submitted to an emergency root canal, or any kind for that matter, but if needed, Dr. Stubbs is the professional to see, the office is first rate, the staff even better, I immediately felt a part of their «team», he asked if he could train some new employees during my procedure, I became so engrossed with his teaching that it took my mind off of what I was going through, as if I was in a humorous class lecture and I was the willing subject. I cannot recommend Dr. Stubbs more highly, he made an uncomfortable situation more than tolerable and somewhat enjoyable.

have to recommend the best endodontists. Dr. Stubbs is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgable and provides the best, most comfortable atmosphere any patient can ask for.

Thanks Dr. Stubbs. It’s nice that you could get us in on short notice. I’m not exactly thrilled about seeing the dentist anyway, but you did a great job of making me feel at ease. You do a great job. I will definitely recommend you to others.

I had a root canal done today. I was NOT looking forward to it, but it had to be done, the pain far outweighed my fear of it! The office was very soothing, that was a plus. The receptionist knows her stuff, I asked her several questions before I had the procedure done and she could confidently answer them all. Dr. Stubbs’ assistant was also very pleasant and upon hearing my message this morning that I needed to get the procedure done sooner than later (I was scheduled for an appt. next week) she fit me in today. Needless to say, all the reviews are spot on. Very pleasant, very comforting and I was not in pain! They are thorough and know what they are doing. I enjoyed their funny conversations and yes, they have Pandora, so choose whatever you’d like! I would recommend them over a dentist that can also perform a root canal for sure :)

Okay, let’s face it… no one likes getting dental work done, especially a root canal, am I right? The upside is that Dr. Stubbs is a rockstar! He was funny, welcoming, he explained everything very thoroughly, and he made sure I wasn’t in any pain. My body just eats up the numbing stuff… so needless to say he was very patient. Also, I have to give him kudos for his teaching style. He was teaching his assistant things throughout the procedure, and was very helpful when she didn’t know the answer. The man had jokes for days, and he lets you pick what kind of music you want to jam out to while you’re in the chair. The staff was also very friendly and everyone was professional without being too serious and stoic. I have to go back in two weeks to finish up the procedure and I’m pleased that he is my Dr. High five Dr. S!

Dr. Stubbs is fantastic! I had to get a root canal re-​treat, which failed the first attempt (not due to Dr. Stubbs’ treatment) this resulted in a need for a Apicoectomy. The procedure was done by Dr. Stubbs he has a beautiful office VERY friendly and funny staff. Dr. Stubbs is also quite funny, and has a way of making one feel very safe and well informed. Dr. Stubbs also made sure I was comfortable during the procedure (he offers oral as well as other types sedation for nervous ones such as myself) he also made sure I as comfortable after the procedure. He even met me ON A SUNDAY yes that is a SUNDAY, to make sure things were going okay when I had ongoing pain. Dr Stubbs really goes the extra mile for his patients. Definitely will be recommending him to anyone that is unfortunate enough to need a root canal!

I never ever thought in my life I would be writing a review of a Dentist. However Dr Stubbs an endodontics specialist.[ Root canals.]Was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he went along he used the bleach therapy so I did not have to get antibiotics very impressive. The staff as well as very helpful they will work with you on your insurance and explain in detail what and why you are paying.
Big plus is, he lets you pick the music and he likes rock and roll. Rock on Andrew and thank you for taking such good care of me.

Just got a root canal! Wonderful! Most enjoyable root canal I’ve ever had! Dr. Stubbs is awesome and so is his assistant Stephanie!

After numerous issues over several months Dr Stubbs and his EXCELLENTstaff worked with me one at a time to correct the issues and relieve me of pain. They stuck with me, corrected previously done work (by other dentists) and were extremely accommodating in every way. If you need a root canal, go to the best. Dr. Stubbs and his extremely hardworking staff really came through for me. Very nice to be pain free after 7 months — I only wish I had seen them sooner :)

After being told I need a root canal right away, Dr. Stubbs got me right in. To ease my mind he showed me what to expect through a video on his website and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and his assistant was amazing! Hopefully I won’t have to see him again, but if I need another root canal. definitely going back!
