I just want to say that Dr Baker, Dr Coleman, and Dr Jeffers have all treated me in the past and they are all excellent doctors, especially Dr Baker. I really think these doctors deserve five stars. However, I have to give the practice one star because the front desk staff is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. In general, they are rude and really don’t care one way or another what happens to you. I’ve yet to meet one that uses a kind tone. On one occasion they made my mother cry because they messed up her medication so badly and did nothing to fix their mistake. My mom ended up resolving it herself directly with her insurance and the distributor. I truly dislike the front desk staff here — enough that I am going to take my mother and I elsewhere, which really is a shame considering how much I respect the doctors.
