OnPoint Urgent Care

Receptionist was pleasant and gave great instructions for paperwork. I needed an IV and the RN had no problem with my usually difficult veins. Dr Rogg was wonderful… great demeanor, prompt and good communication. Best Urgent care experience yet.

This place is the best urgent care I have ever been to. Been multiple times. Short wait time, very clean and modern and very competent Drs. who don’t appear rushed and are willing to take the time discuss everything with you.

On point urgent care is the best urgent care around. No matter the location the staff is personable, friendly, knowledgable, and they get you treated quickly. If on point is around I will never visit another urgent care again

I absolutely loved the care I received here. I had a double ear infection and was in terrible pain and was treated so kindly and thoroughly by the physicians. I also loved the woman behind the front desk. She was so sweet and comforting as tears ran down my face. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

On vacation, fresh from a mountain family reunion, I came in thinking I had a cold… I would drop some cash, get some meds and be done. Little did I know I was suffering from a case of High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE)! Without too many details just let me say that the entire office; from Sandra, the receptionist who made me feel like family, to Lori and Ryan who went WAY beyond beyond to make us feel smart and safe (and hydrated), to Dr. Rogg, who fought to make sure I was treated correctly, even Michelle the xray tech who laughed at my jokes betwixt gasping breaths, the ENTIRE office kept this man (and the missus) calm — cuz we had NO idea how serious this was…
Three days later, I was/​am a new man with a clean bill of health…
This place treated my family with respect, humor, and gravitas. I hope, dear reader, that you never need the service of an urgent care, but if you do, go here. They were amazing!

Once again, another OnPoint Urgent Care disappointment. I have been to the Highlands Ranch location twice this year and have not been impressed. So this time, I took it upon myself to make a little change. I decided to trust the medical care at the Lone Tree location. Here is my tale to tell…
Arrived at about 3pm to an almost empty waiting room. I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk who fairly quickly processed my paperwork.
Sat down in the waiting room until I was called back to triage. I waited about 35 minutes I believe. While I was waiting patiently I noticed that a woman relieved the receptionist for a break. What was strange was that the woman is an RN. I have been to OnPoint many times and have never seen an RN on staff. Strange. I also thought it was a little odd that she was handling the front desk operations. I also thought I heard her munching away on some snacks too. So professional.
When called back, I was greeted by a friendly and outgoing somebody. I had no clue what his role is or was except that he looked like an urgent care employee. He asked me about three questions and the rest of our interaction was non existent because he spent the remainder of the triage session typing away on the computer. The computers today get better medical care than the patients. Oh, he did check my vital signs thank God. When I told him I am here for possible recurring Pneumonia he quickly said, «so you’re coughing a lot.» When I told him no, he looked confused. Unreal.
At that point he led me to an exam room where I waited about about 10 – 15 minutes to be seen.
Dr.Braun was the doctor on site, maybe the only one on site at that time. I’m not sure. She looked in my ears and nose and throat and listened to my lungs. She never sat down during the exam. She asked me a few questions and then decided to order an onsite x-​ray. A few minutes later the same triage somebody came in and escorted me to the x-​ray room. He’s a nice guy but a little to open about his job. Once again, OnPoint hires jack of all trades to assist patients. No one has a designated role except the physicians and mid level care providers.
Dr.Braun came back and said I was all clear. She said a few words and released me. I was not impressed. On my way out I asked for a copy of my chest X-​ray which she agreed to. I proceeded to the checkout desk. At the checkout desk I noticed two techs standing there talking to the RN. I told the one tech that I requested a copy of the x-​ray. He quickly went to the back. I inched up to the checkout counter. This is where it got fun. The RN (Laurie or Laura) never acknowledged my presence. She continued to talk to the other tech AND play on her darn cell phone! About three or more minutes went by and she finally asked for my last name. She then printed out my report and handed it to me. No thank you, goodbye, feel better or nothing. Just a pathetic attitude. I wouldn’t return or send someone to OnPoint on a bet.

I was miserable — could hardly breathe. Frankly, I’d probably put off seeing a doc too long. Within minutes I was in and out and headed home (with a pharmacy stop). The front office staff was cheerful; they even laughed at my silly jokes.
I felt like the doc that I saw paid attention to not just what was going on ‘right now,’ but some overall issues. He suggested a medication that I didn’t want to take for personal reasons and offered an alternative that worked very well.
Would I return? YEP!
Any complaints? Sure… I didn’t even get to choose which trashy story to read in a magazine because the process was so quick. That’s a good problem.

Wow– this is seriously the nicest urgent care over ever gone to. ALL of the staff, from the receptionist to the Med Assistant to the doctor and paramedic were not only warm & friendly, but very professional, accommodating & competent. Maybe I won’t go to my PCP since I have this option!
The facility is clean & welcoming and easy to access. So thankful for this place.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being seen at this Urgent Care 2 times in 3 days– not due to their making any mistakes or misdiagnosis but rather my body deciding to evolve my symptoms as the week progressed.
Both times I arrived I was promptly greeted by the wonderful woman behind the desk. She was kind and her warm smile and underlying sense of humor went a long way at making the whole process more tolerable. (Seriously, someone give that woman a raise!) Additionally, I never waited more than 10 – 15 minutes to be called back for blood pressure, etc and consultation with nurse once I was checked in.
Once escorted to an exam room, I waited no more than 15 minutes for the doctor or PA to see me. I was always asked good questions, they seemed genuine in listening to my ailments, and committed to offering me a prescription to best address my needs. Both visits, I was in and out in under an hour!
The facility is clean and has a welcoming waiting room with coffee maker, TVs, and decent chairs. Staff were all nice and genuine. I also appreciated the follow-​up call from the office manager to check up on me a couple days after my first visit, incidentally the same day as my 2^nd visit– we had a good laugh.
Location is easy to find, plenty of parking and convenient so this is officially my go-​to! (I never realized they’re associated with the Highlands Ranch location, which is nice– read my review– by this is closer to home and more convenient.)

This is the best walk-​in urgent care place ever! You can waste your time waiting for 2 hours at Concentra! Here, you walk in, check in, wait less than 30 minutes and get very compassionate care. When I’m sick, I don’t want to wait forever for the doctor. They are very knowledgeable and prompt with service. Absolutely recommend this place for fast, friendly, and accurate service.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic urgent care. I was in and out in about 30 mins with my prescriptions faxed to pharmacy. Doctor was so helpful, actually listened to what I was saying

92 yo father had an allergic reaction to newly prescribed medication. Doctors seen him quickly and made correct diagnosis which led to him recovering quickly. Office new and very clean. Front desk very helpful as well.

The facility is clean, and reception and tech/​nurse friendly. Unimpressed with the doctor, barely checked my husband for his cold, and left with a prescription gargle that was useless. I caught the same cold, went to another doctor. got an antibiotic, nasal spray and thank goodness probably kept me out of ER with an ear infection. Thus, while my poor husband suffered another three weeks with his terrible cold. I think our last hundred would of been better spent some where else.

If you are going to urgent care, it is likely you have something going on that can’t wait — so being able to give a facility like this 5 stars is probably pretty unique.
Our daughter had (soon to be diagnosed) an acute double ear infection … and our visit here on a Saturday morning exceeded all expectations — in a positive way. The facility is new, cheery and very nice. The wait time was about 10 minutes (again, critical when you have a crying child!). I was worried that this wasn’t pediatric urgent care, but we couldn’t wait until the afternoon when it opened — I had nothing to worry about. The staff were warm and friendly, and were fantastic with our daughter. The doctor who treated us was wonderful, efficient and worked to make everything easier for us (a huge bonus since we were from out of town). She even gave our daughter an otter pop on our way out, trying to help offset the pain and buying us time until we got to the pharmacy.
Can’t say enough positive things about OnPoint — don’t think twice about using this facility!

Upon arrival to the Lone Tree Acute Care center I was pleasantly surprised to find a warm and inviting waiting room /​lobby. The waiting room had the following key highlights:
* Complimentary tea and hot cocoa
* Complimentary coffee (individual servings, not cheap stuff)
* Complimentary WiFi (I’m using that right now to post my Unilocal experience)
* Complimentary cable T.V., reading material and toys for children to play with
* Complimentary hand sanitizer and protective face masks
The staff that greeted me at the front door was extremely helpful and provided free pretzels out of a large container that appeared to have been purchased at a wholesale store such as Costco. This really helped my cousin to feel better while he waited his turn to be seen by the medical staff.
The staff must have known that we were visiting from the Bay Area and provided us with a complimentary ESPN «Bay Area» issue. This made us feel much more at home and provided a little taste of the San Francisco Bay right here in Colorado.
Overall an extremely positive experience. Polite, professional staff with a clean, up to date facility that boasts plenty of complimentary acutraments.

Excellent staff, doctor, nurse. I was there for about an hour but it was busy today. I would recommend them.

Had a great (in & out quick!) experience here. Got in to see the doc in about 30 min, she was helpful and kind. Faxed the prescription to the pharmacy, I was in & out in half the time it would have taken just waiting elsewhere. Highly recommend.
