And gave us a very fair estimate (we had 3 estimates total). He started when he said he would and at no time did we feel like we were being cheated. Their performance was outstanding and they fully addressed and repaired the area that was the cause of the major leak before coating the whole roof in silicone. Unlike many contractors, they showed up on time, had all the materials delivered according to schedule so that there were no delays and completed the job within the promised time frame. Their representative Joe, was extremely professional making himself available at all times and responding promptly to any questions or concerns. He was also extremely fair in taking care of the extra issues that needed to be addressed and made sure we were fully satisfied with all the work done. They definitely set the standard of how all contractors should perform.

Joe was recommended to us by a long time trusted friend from work who recently had the roof at his residence replaced. The price we arrived at was very competitive in light of the scope of the project. Our particular roof installation involved removal and replacement of a 50-​gallon reserve hot water tank attached to a solar panel and a very old and fragile refrigeration system for our wine closet. We would not have felt comfortable with hiring a roofer without a referral. Our new roof looks great and we look forward to enjoying it for the next 50 years.
