Second plumbing company we’ve had our home warranty people send us for some backed up sinks, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently.
However, 3 stars because whoever they sent me was unprofessional and rude. Whatever-​his-​name-​was didn’t even have to ring the doorbell because I knew he was there by the extra loud talking he was doing on his phone call. I opened the door, he remained on the phone as he walked in, about 20 seconds later he hung up and said hi ma’am sorry. No introduction or mention of being here from All Service or anything, didn’t even ask where the problem was. I had to ask what company he came from to write him a check because he wasn’t even wearing a uniform. So I went ahead and showed him, he barked a couple of questions and got started. I overheard him on the telephone again, saying something about me not being able to pay because I wasn’t old enough or something (Mom was at work, but I’m plenty old enough to write a check) He barked through our side gate at me, «uhh ma’am, are you going to be able to pay the $ 60 copay?» I said yes of course, and he went back to his call and said okay her mom must have left her money. After all was said and done, I got NO INVOICE.
Long story short, he did a good job, but… I’d work on communication skills, put on a uniform and a name tag, label the plumbing van, and give receipts or invoices detailing payments and all services performed.
