Very tasty steak sandwich. Lots of meat. I ordered the supreme steak that had onions, mushrooms, cheese, bell peppers etc. The bread is a flaw Too soft for the ingredients. It buckles and the ingredients try to fall out. Fries are excellent. Not greasy at all. Workers are nice people. I would come back but have them toast the bread to prevent it from buckling. I ordered the combo that included the drink and fries.

Steak sandwich is soooo sooooo good, the meat is very tender and well seasoned. Great prices, service is second to none. Veronica is very friendly

This used to be my favorite place since they were at Lakewood mall. I used to come here at their new location almost twice a week until I found hair in my food more than twice. I didn’t say anything the first time but when I pointed this out, they made me a new one with hardly any chicken in it. Their combo prices have increase from 6 dollars to 9 and their quality now compared to what it used to be is just bad.

This place is real hole in the wall that serves some pretty good steak sandwiches. The fries are surprisingly really good. I was looking at the pictures of the back potatoes and I must have to try that the next time I come in. The classic steak, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes is really good. Small seating inside and outside. Street parking is available but most are metered.

Great tasting sandwich. I ordered the Supreme Steak sandwich with everything and side of fries, but let me tell you it was delicious! Small place with street parking. Service was fast and staff are very friendly. I would go again and try something else off the menu.

Small hole in the wall spot for some tasty cheese steak type sandwiches. I really liked their fries. The service is really good and attentive and their are some small tables inside and outside that are shaded. FYI, their combo special is the same price if you purchase everything separately

Excellence on a hoagie! My girlfriend found this spot through Unilocal reviews, and it was definitely worth the 20 minute walk! Food came out in about 5 minutes, if that. Staff was very nice, and the food was still the highlight of the trip! I ordered the steak sandwich, and my girlfriend got the chicken one. She said it was phenomenal. I just loooooved mine! I don’t typically eat a large amount in one sitting, and this was a perfect portion size for me. Maybe 5−6″ bun with a great portion of steak (more than came on the chicken).
They have steak, 2 ham options, turkey, chicken, and a veggie option.
We will definitely be back!

After they closed in Lakewood mall, I’ve looked for them all over the Internet. Then today I unintentionally found it on Unilocal while around the area. The sandwiches are just as delicious as I remember ‚)

Good sandwich and good service. Not a bad value at all. They give a nice portion of meat.

Had the chicken but got it made like the steak sandwich. Tasted okay, nice amount of meat but I kinda felt like I was eating out of a hot dog bun. Like a small is one hot dog bun and a large is two… And they aren’t toasted either. In fact the bread is quite doughy. Not my favorite sandwich at all. However their customer service here is so great that 4* feels appropriate.

I live in the area and was a little hesitant to try this place. It’s a small place but the sandwich was great .

I tried them for the first time today and the sandwiches were awesome! Lady behind the counter said they were the same people from the Lakewood Mall (I was a fan then!). I will definitely be coming back!

This place is legit and inexpensive! I just tried the Supreme Steak and the Country Chicken and they were both delicious. The rolls are super soft which I love! Def check this place out if you are craving a hot sandwich! Everything is super fresh and made to order!

Working a temporary position downtown Long Beach is a challenge when it comes to lunch. Most of the restaurants are packed, waiting time for a table is long and you must be prepared to spend a small portion of your salary there. If you just drive A few blocks east there are really good places to eat shorter lines and more reasonably priced.

This business is near my work, so I decided to try it. The steak sandwich is amazing. Everything is made fresh when you order it and not to mention they are super fast. The prices for a combo meal are very reasonable and they are so friendly. I highly recommend this place. There is metered parking but there is also a small parking lot next door. If you are in the area you have to try this place.

Found them via the app. Apparently they’re within walking distance from where I live, which is great.
I went there with a coworker, her husband, and their friend that had just given me a fridge, as I just moved into the area. I was going to buy them lunch as a tradeoff.
The place is easy to miss, as it’s just a hole-​in-​the-​wall. The sandwiches are quite tasty. I ordered the steak combo, and it was goooood. Since I just moved to the area, my coworker’s husband asked about refills (normally 50 cents), but we got them for free! Lucky us!
They also have a punch card reward program where after you get 10 sandwiches, the 11^th is free. I got four marks on my receipt, as they were out of cards. I seem to have lost my receipt, though. Oh no! Hope I can still get those credited when I get a proper card.
Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal thoroughly. Friendly staff, too. Gotta love places like this!

My coworker suggested this location to me and I decided to try it for lunch. I ordered the supreme steak sandwich with fries and a drink the total bill was just over $ 8.00. The sandwich was really good and filling.
The location is on the corner of 7^th St and Pine Ave. so street parking can be a challenge but it wasn’t an issue today. I gladly recommend this location and I am planning on coming back soon.

Just moved to the area and this has been my go to place for the time being. I must say the steak n cheese is quite tasty. Gladis and Veronica are the two working up front and are sweet as pie. Even though it says it’s open on Sunday they’re not. Learned the hard way this past weekend when I stopped by with 10 friends to eat. This got me thinking. Its really not there for the neighbor hood because they do close a little early 8pm. Which is a big bummer for that late night munchi or coming home from the bar on a Saturday night. Haven’t been in the area long enough to see what kind of promoting they do and my guess it’s 0 which is a shame. They have soooooooo many condo and apts next door and they are missing out on a quick sale. They do deliver which is a plus.
If you are looking for a quick fix this will do it for sure. I’m a big guy and the 7.49 combo with chili-​cheese for an extra .80 cents fills me up.
Oh, I ended up ordering from Kabobs down the street and wasn’t happy at all with it. That was about 20+ dollars for food that wasn’t as good.
To the owner: you have a potential gold mine here. Consider opening for the late crowd, consider a happy hour called HHH happy Hoggie Hour from 2:30−5ish maybe 10percent off to generate more foot traffic. Get the word out with some Value pack adds etc… Would love to help!
