It was a hot day, 101 degrees. No AC, and the ice cream was mushy. Otherwise, it’s a Baskin Robbins. It’s cheaper than the one I usually go to, but I’d rather pay an extra 50 cents and get cold ice cream on a hot day.

All scoops are $ 1.31 on the 31st of every month! Usually one scoop is $ 2.99 so this is a really good deal.

I had just came back from the Linkin Park concert and decided i wanted some baskin robbins. Ive been trying to Break the Habit of eating unhealthy since ive been on a diet but In the End, i caved in and bought some anyway. Let me just say the service was horrendous, the employees kept harassing me and spitting in my ice cream and kept pushing me one step closer to the edge, i felt as if i were about to break. Also to my surprise the ice cream was TOOCOLD and it made my mouth feel Numb and shivers were crawling in my skin from how awful not only the ice cream was, but how terrible the employees were. This establishment has put a New Divide on how i feel about ice cream, good job baskin robbins, u lost urself a customer.

I love ice cream and I love Baskin Robbins. Their prices have gone up so that is a bummer but their icecream is still delicious. Try an icecream shake, its out of this world!

Location can get busy at certain times but the workers here usually have the customers in and out. I have no complaints; I really like this location and it’s usually my first option when I get a craving for ice cream. Keep up the good work guys.

This review isn’t for the ice cream. It’s for the atmosphere and service. I walk in and there is inappropriate music play that included curse words. I’m all for hip hop but for a business that has children coming in its not wise. There is trash all over the ground and the employees seem extremely distracted and not attentive. Coming from someone who works in customer service this was unsettling. I understand scooping ice cream sucks but you’re getting paid and you have a job so be grateful and smile, it makes work a little better. This place used to be awesome but now I see why people prefer coldstone or yogurtland.

I would never come back here, not even if they were giving away free cones. My best friend and I stopped here for ice cream and we waited to be served by two teen girls who were both on their cell phones when we walked in. We should have walked out immediately, but we wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I got a single scoop of cookies and cream, as is my usual order, and the scoop was small, lopsided on the cone, and difficult to eat. My best friend was served by the other girl who put her cone together in such a manner that as my friend held it one hand and tried to get her money out of her wallet with her other hand, the ice cream toppled off of her cone and rolled down her hand and onto the counter. The girls stood idle behind the counter and watched. The ice cream scoop sat on the counter for a few seconds before my friend picked it up with her hand and put it back on the cone. I expected them to get her a new ice cream cone, considering the counter must be filthy, especially behind the cash register. Instead they stand there and stare at us, and then one of them brilliantly asks: «Um, do you want a napkin?» No. We’d prefer to lick the ice cream off of everything, counter included. Our problem is not with the ice cream itself. Baskin Robbins ice cream is always satisfactory. The problem lies with the services rendered to customers. How can you honestly employ people who merely stand around on his or her cell phone?

Monkey love coming in here at just the right time… Nobody around, friendly staff and taking our sweet time on picking Monkey’s favorite of the day… JAMOCHAALMONDFUDGE reigns in as the usual favorite, rivaling the classic ROCKYROAD…

Either this place has recently gotten new management or they’ve just flat out given-up! They’ve also hired tons of new kids and none of them seem to care or know what they’re doing. I mean, how hard is scooping ice cream and making sundaes? The scoops have gotten microscopic, the prices seem to have also gone up and the service is awful. I recently witnessed an older Asian woman(whom I presumed was the new Manager) telling a customer that had just spent over $ 50 on Birthday cakes that he could only take 3 spoons and a small handful of napkins with him, WTF? He couldn’t believe it and neither could I; who does that? I’m really bummed out, I don’t know what happened… but this place really sucks now!

This review is just for their cakes. In the past month I’ve bought 3 cakes from here(February is a busy birthday month for us). And each time I’ve had a coupon. Use get them every so often in the mail or via email if you’re in their birthday club. Anywho, the cakes are pretty consistent. And not as sugary/sweet as I remember. In fact they were just right. Love they fact they use whip cream instead of icing for the outside of the cake. For us cookies and cream with white cake is what agrees with the family.
