They didn’t welcome me, no «hi how are you.» There were two girls, one was ok and the other who rung me up has a straight face. I smiled at her and she just gave me a death stare. No thank you after handing me the receipt or anything. Only came here cause I really wanted Wild N’ Reckless ice cream which was solid. The place smells kinda funky almost like a public restroom. Definitely won’t be back.

My husband and I both grew up in the Beach area of Long Beach. Although we don’t live there anymore, we often come down on weekends to walk along the boardwalk or attend various events during the summer months. Our day always ends with a visit to Baskin Robbins. Their ice cream and gelato are amazing! The variety of flavors make it a difficult choice, but I’ve now settled on a scoop of Tanzanian Dark Chocolate and Espresso gelato as my favorite, and my husband tries various ice cream flavor combos. While waiting in line, you get to enjoy the smell of the home made waffle cones being made, so one of these is a must for your gelato or ice cream selection. Going to Baskin Robbins in the beach is a treat. I look forward to my next visit.

Love ice cream but also like the atompsphere here the employees are extremely nice and always willing to come behind the counter to help you with picking s cake or finding something in the back if the don’t have it on the floor.

Staff are amazing but holy cow! This place is supposed to be an ice cream shop why the hell does it feel like a mother f**king oven in there??? The manager or supervisor are forcing the staff to work in impossible working conditions! Poor people! It’s ice cream nothing special. Lots of variety. And of course just like all of the other trendy ice cream spots they are over rated and over priced.

First time here and I could honestly say that the costumer service is great. The ladies are friendly and so attentive. I needed a ice-​cream cake and it was last minute, they had a full stock to pick from and were kind enough to help me with the message.

We ordered a custom cake with pictures that we brought in as inspiration. We needed a farm themed cake for our son’s birthday party. We were beyond impressed with our cake, not just with the taste but also the level of craftsmanship in the cake decoration. The person who decorated obviously takes pride in what they do. Amazing skills!!!

When I was in high school, I stopped going to Baskin Robins due to bad customer service in another location.
Fast for 10 years later, even a simple «do you have this flavor» question gave me a «No» answer sounding like «I hate my job, shoot me now.» Not only that, they have 3 employees and only have 1 customer to assist. No one gave me a single «may I help you» or «I’ll be right with you, give me a few minutes» as I keep hinting I want ice cream.
No only that, but these employees all have that «i don’t want to work here» faces. As much as this was an impulse buy, I do not want it given to me lazily and rudely by terrible customer service.
I ended up going to Vons next door and an a employee there suggested a flavor of Breyers they just got in and I wasn’t even asking for help.
Do I remember how good their ice cream was? No. They killed this brand for me.

Clean, fast, and friendly service! Lately, I’ve been a huge fan of Baskin Robbins and been to many other locations but this has to be my favorite location yet. They’re not stingy with their scoops and the ice cream tastes yummy and with the variety of ice cream they offer is amazing! Also, this place is big enough and very clean. The servers have good hygiene (no dirt under their nails) and are always willing to help if you’re stuck between a flavor or two. I will definitely be coming back during those hot summer days.

I absolutely love their ice cream! But at this location sometimes the customer service is not best. Last year I went in for my birthday scoop, had a coupon on my phone they sent me from my email, And they left me a very sad birthday girl and send me away saying that I had to print it out. Very disappointing… went to another location and they gladly accepted it, as they should of!

Super friendly staff here, and of course a huge variety of yummy ice cream!
Parking can be a bit of a pain since it’s part of the huge parking lot shared with Ross and other assorted establishments. Other than that, it’s a good ol’ Baskin Robbins!

Oh yum!
This place is clean and nice and always seems to be adequately staffed. My daughter enjoys coming in here (on the rare occassion that we go out for ice cream) and the people that work there are willing to accomodate her requests (try this and this and this and then put that in a cup with a cone on top :)).
We signed up for the emailer and now we get ½ price coupons all the time!

I started coming here when I would visit the laundry mat next door. Back then you’d see the owner behind the counter. He was real friendly and would always ask, how your day was going. Well, gone are the laundry mat days, and now he has people who work behind the counter. Still there is the friendly service and a lot of cool flavors to choose from.
Lately, I find my self visting here when I go to the pet shop next door. I usually go for either 2 or 3 scoops in a cup. Flavors vary depending on my mood. One of my favorites is Daiquiri Ice. A little sweet and tart. Good stuff. If your into the chocolate thing they have plenty of different types of it, so you can choose from many.
The staff behind the counter is patient and helpful with the free taste samples. The place is very clean, no sticky floors here. The tables are always clean and the place is open daily Mon-​Sun. 10am-​10pm.
