What the hell? I understand not letting us yahoos in if a hockey game’s on, and pickup games are Sun. 11am-12:30pm/ Wed. 5:30−7pm/ Thurs. 6 – 7:30pm…but the rest of the time, is it THAT necessary to lock up the rink? I just want a nice flat place to skate, but apparently I have to pay $ 35/​hour if I want to fool around there. The nearest indoor rink is 20 minutes away. I pay my LB city taxes, so why the hell can’t I use the public park? I know other cities leave their outdoor rinks unlocked in the daytime. Screw you, Dept. of Parks and Recreation.
