CVS Pharmacy

The one Star is only because the Staff is friendly other than that the timing for medication is not good. and this has happened more than once. First the automated caller calls my Mom to let her know her medication is ready she cannot drive and is a Cancer patient so she relies on either me or one of her friends to get her meds for her. I can say 8 times out of 10 times when I actually go in the place to pick up her medication it is not ready and they tell me its gonna be 25 to 30 minutes to fill. time before that it was was 45 minutes to fill so I went back the next day and guess what. it still wasn’t ready I had to wait 15 minutes for them to fill it and all this is after the automated system called to let her know her meds were ready. I wouldn’t have wrote this review but it seems things never change cause 2 years ago when my Dad had medications here at this place the same thing happened and he was also a Cancer patient one time they forgot to fill his Chemo pills. its pretty sad that the Pharmacy is not ran with more accuracy there has even been a few times they gave my Mom the wrong meds good thing she noticed before she took them. i have now found if you want your medications ready ontime and filled more accurate have them filled at a hospital pharmacy. I had my mom transfer all of her medications to LB Memorial.

Good staff and product selection. Pharmacy staff are great no problem explaining your prescription questions and never trying to rush you out.

Its a typical CVS. They have the stuff you need and its easy to get to.

Employees close this location during business hours. I was here at 9:45 and the doors were locked. I asked the gal looking at me from inside of they were closed and she nodded her head yes. That’s really crappy since I rushed down to pick up some last minute important items before I headed out of the country early in the morning. I doubt the airport has the mascara I need.

Service is bla, some items are way overpriced. You can print pictures here, and at least frozen yogurt is next door to cheer you up after being in here!

I checked Unilocal for the best CVS in Long Beach, this location had the best reviews. I was able to call in my prescription and have it transferred here, the customer service rep was very helpful and told me to stop by and pick it up with their store hours. When I arrived at 4pm, no lines, they had my prescription ready, and it was that easy. I appreciate the customer service rep at the counter asking about my day, yet making sure my checkout was swift. I do not give many places five stars, but this place is worth it so far!

The store staff and manager is fine unfortunately their web site is not user friendly. Can no longer just look at the ad on line in newspaper format. I now go to Walgreen or just shop at market.

They let me browse the store on roller skates. A chill group of employees who take their time doing everything. Has all the goodies of any other drugstore.

So far I’ve had good experiences with this pharmacy, they are quick and text you once they are done filling your prescription. I usually wait no more than 10 minutes, they are very quick and efficient. Much better than the other Bellflower location!

Best pharmacy!!! The pharmacist double checked an unusually high dose of medicine based on the size of my son. It was correct but I’m so glad he checked. They have even answered questions about prescriptions filled elsewhere. They provide old-​school real service.
