So I did my 2013 taxes at F& S and yes they’re prices were a little high but I was referred there by a family member so I gave them a shot. Today I called for a copy of 2013 taxes and they said I would need to pay a $ 30 fee for the copy thats crazy. The young lady that answered said well we gave you a copy when you first did your taxes so yes we charge $ 30. I have never had to pay for a copy of my taxes, I will not be going back for 2014 tax season.

All I have to say about this place is that they are truly amazing! I was able to count on them to put together this important event I had in September. The whole celebration and paper work came out fantastic and on time. They were really professional and accommodating to our needs from the beginning of our planning. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for doing such a fabulous job!

So I googled«Live Scan Long Beach» and found a local small business! I prefer to give my money to a small business than a corporate beast but this place is just as greedy any conglomerate. After walking into an empty office with no receptionist, a polite young lady stepped out of a side room and I waited roughly 20 minutes to get my paperwork«in the system». Nothing wrong with taking the time to do a good job but. She then lets me know it’s $ 96 for a Live Scan. I was told to pay no more than $ 70 so I let them know that I’ll find a more affordable alternative. Another lady with calculator in hand proceeds to tell me that they only make a $ 45 profit as the federal fees total $ 51. She then says who would do it for less, as if she was giving me a bargain. $ 45 dollars to roll my fingers on a glass is obscene! I’d expect this from wal-mart not a mom and pop shop. Not only do they gain an exaggerated profit but they do so at the expense of a hardworking community. This area isn’t filled with high-rollers and it’s saddening to see a local business take advantage of the under-priviledged. Skip this place and find a REAL local business that doesn’t take advantage of it’s community.
