Finding Home with Kasia McDermott

My husband and I just bought our first house which is a huge deal that comes with a ton of uncertainty, fear, and incredibly high hopes. We talked to a couple other agents before going with Kasia and the deciding difference was that Kasia truly cared. She was positive, knowledgable and determined to find us what we were looking for in Burbank at our entry-​level price point. Any time we had questions, she was there to guide us — translating legal speak, providing vendor referrals and going to bat for us when needed. She was friendly with the listing agents which helped get our foot in the door, she helped us to present our family and finances in the best possible light, and jumped on every bump in the road with a quick, can-​do attitude. She went above and beyond and because of that we are in a wonderful home in the area we dreamed of living. It means a lot to have someone you can trust when taking such a big life step. We met Kasia at a open house, right from the start she was knowledgable and helpful. We had just put our house up for sale and we were just looking at inventory to see what was out there, we explain the situation to her and she understood. A few weeks later our house sold and we were ready to house hunt. We started off looking in Long Beach and ended up buying in La Mirada. She was very patient and made us feel like we had known each other for ever. When we finally closed In the new house I felt I was going through Kasua withdrawals. She is a great agent, genuine and always lookout for you. Oh yes, I had an emergency with my dogs I. The car I had to take yo the vet, she brought my boys something to eat while I dealt with the pups. She didn’t have to but that just shows you what kind of person and agent she is. We will definitely recommended her to family and friends.
