Flood USA

I had a flood in my vacation place. We hadn’t been there in at least a week. We received a call from our neighbor that water was running out both the front door and the sliders. That was major panic time for us! There was no way we could get there before the weekend. I was stuck. I called flood USA and from the from the first minute I was reassured. A technician (I’m sorry… I’m bad with names) came to me to get the keys. They went out and started to dry it out. By the time I was able to get out there, they had removed all of the destroyed carpet and pad, performed necessary tests to safely cut into and dry out the walls, carefuly packed the belongings that had to be moved. And best of all, they dealt directly with our insurance company and ADVOCATED for us on our behalf. When I arrived, the technicians explained to me what was going on and what the next steps were.
I seriously can’t say enough good things. I hope I don’t have to go through this again. If I do or anyone I know does, I will absolutely send them to Flood USA.
