I like coming here all the time because they have the cheapest gas around. Look at chevron across the street. They’re at least 4 cents higher than that Mobil. Friendly service. I disagree with a previous reviewer that he didn’t get his gas. I check all the time and I never had a problem not getting my fuel.

Warning: If you pay for gas here, make sure you’re really getting the gas you paid for. I paid for«gas», but just got air and an employee unwilling to do anything about it. A respectful explanation and apology can go a long way and can turn a poor experience into a great one and I gave them the chance to fix it, but stealing from customers and being rude about it will earn you one star. Long story: Running errands and on the way to try a new restaurant in Paramount, I knew I was running kind of low on gas. Even though the prices here were about 10 cents higher than elsewhere, I stopped by this Mobil to get enough gas to get me by for a couple of days. I don’t usually go to Mobil and really only went here because I was on the way to the freeway and didn’t want to have to find a gas station near my destination or run the risk of running out of gas. Followed the basic gas station procedures: 1.Got out of car, opened gas tank 2. Swiped credit card at pump, pumped desired amount of gas 3. Put gas nozzle away, closed gas tank 4. Got in car, drove away. I drive a newer hybrid and I pay very close attention to my MPG, number of miles left until empty, etc. I reset my trip odometer whenever I fill up, calculate my true gas mileage compared to what the car’s computer tells me, etc. So I knew exactly how many miles I had left until empty before I pumped gas, and had a good idea of what it would change to after pumping gas. Well, when I got in the car, it didn’t change. Neither did my fuel gauge. I’ve never had this happen, but I hadn’t filled up, so I thought it might take a minute to read it properly. So I drove away and got on the freeway. And it still didn’t change. I started worrying that something was wrong with my car’s computer! I own a new car so these things don’t happen! So now I’m worrying that either I’m still low on gas, or something is wrong with my car. I exited the freeway and went to another gas station. This time, my fuel gauge and miles until empty updated. Meanwhile, the extra time exiting, finding another gas station, etc. made me too late for the restaurant I had been planning on going to. Long story short, the gas pump did not give me the gas I paid for. I later called the store, but the man I talked to was quite rude and refused to help me and wouldn’t even give me their corporate number. Luckily, since it was a few dollars and I’m a good customer, my credit card company quickly credited me for the dispute. I won’t go here again. The stress of worrying about running out of gas, having something wrong with my car, and being late for dinner are not worth it, especially when their prices are so high!
