Decent local furniture store. They’ve been in business well over 20 years in Long Beach. Not a fancy shmancy place. You come here to get decent furniture at a decent price. It works for that purpose.
The drawback: limited variety. They only sell what’s displayed on the floor and don’t have a ton of display space. Actually, what’s displayed is packed in pretty tight with just a bit of room for walking around. Their reason for only selling what’s on the floor? They want customers to try the furniture out first and be completely happy with it before ordering since ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns. Makes sense if you see what you like on the floor. If not, no bueno.
They can do things like order a different color of an item on display, or a different style, like a traditional-​height dinette set instead of the pub or counter-​height item on display, if the manufacturer makes it. That’s a plus. Don’t expect to special order beyond that. Won’t happen.
Final impression: I’d go back knowing what I know. Happy shopping!

I came looking for an attractive, simple couch. I found exactly what I wanted at a very affordable price. A few days later, Danny called to let me know that they’d discovered a flaw on the furniture. They agreed to deliver it as is and then replace it with a flawless version when it arrived. They were so friendly and helpful. I’ll always check with them first.

We came in on a Sunday and we weren’t even told «hello» or weren’t even asked if we wanted help. The man stood at the counter on his phone the whole time and never even said hi. Horrible customer service!!!

This place is awesome. I got a 5-​piece dining table over the weekend, and it was delivered less than 90 minutes later. In fact, they got back to my place before I did. Great price and quality on the dining table and chairs. This is now my go-​to store for furniture.
