I bought a groupon, however, when I went to schedule it the manager was beyond rude to me. I just moved to the area so was beyond excited to find a new massage location. The manager said my phone number was in the system, even though I have never been there. She was not accommodating at all and didn’t even care to listen to me. They just lost a X2 a month massage customer due to poor customer service. I feel bad for the owner.

Ana (front desk) is incredibly welcoming! I’ve been here a few times before and I’ve had unfortunate experiences with two other ladies who’ve worked front desk, but Ana has redeemed my experience here at Indulgence. I was never offered anything to drink and was ignored most of the time with the other two, but that never happens with Ana.
Today I got a foot massage with a back scrub add on. Nikki was the masseuse and she works wonders! It’s the ultimate relaxation I’ve had here at indulgence and I walked out feeling a million times better. Thank you, Nikki.

I went in for my first facial ever with Ms. Rosa who was highly recommended by a friend! She was amazing and took her time to explain everything she was going to do to my skin. I’m afraid of extractions but she managed to be as gentle and effective all at the same time. I loved how my skin felt after this deep cleaning. Oh yes I will be returning. I’m looking forward to coming in and experiencing the microderm treatments. I work in the entertainment field and looking your very best is a must. Thank You Indulgence You guys are Awesome!

Today I had my first body scrub. The experience was very relaxing. It was also my first time at Indulgence and I found it to be very clean, quiet, and a great spot to just get away for awhile. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This was by far the best massage I’ve had in my life. The Ambiance was very peaceful and relaxing. My therapist Jenise was awesome. Her hands are pure Magic! I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed or so centered. Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful one.

Wow this place is amazing! I just got a massage and I feel completely relaxed and most importantly, that back pain I had been feeling feels relieved. Definitely coming back for another one in the near future.

I bought a coupon for a massage on Groupon last week, and was able to get in for a massage this week (Tuesday). So that was fantastic.
I was offered tea, wine, or water when I walked in. Also great.
Unfortunately, the actual massage was just meh. My massage therapist was Niki. When I get really amazing massages, I end up falling asleep. This one did not make me fall asleep, and I didn’t leave feeling much more relaxed than when I went in. There was nothing wrong with the massage — just nothing really great about it either.
I would not return.

Definitely coming back here my wife and I loved every second. Everyone is welcoming and nice.

Love my facials with rosa always has me looking youthful and skin glowing. I’ve been coming for a year now and always get compliments on my skin. I skipped last month so my face so needed Rosa’s awesomeness!

Regardless of the treatment I’m getting, I’m able to relax as soon I walk through the door. I have troubled skin and lucky enough to have an esthetician who knows what my body needs! Fantastic results every time.

My fiancé got me a package for my bday. The staff were very friendly. The best part was the full body message. I literally fell asleep. The facial was also pretty legit

I came here for a massage with my boyfriend. We did the couples massage which came with chocolate and a bottle of wine, a shower optional afterwards. The massage was very relaxing, I think i might’ve even dozed off a couple times during. For the cheapest package, it came out just above 200 $. It was an hour and 15 minutes total. The masseuses we had were very good, smooth motion and very soothing. We were asked to take off our shoes in the room, and the only qualm I had was the floor had some sediments on it-​almost sand like. But that was okay. The only thing I would say that this place needs to do is clean the shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower.

Visited for the 1^st time last month and absolutely loved my massage. I would give them a 4-​star review, but with their prices on the higher end, I’ll need to hold off as it puts them in a somewhat different/​higher category of spas that are much better than they are. :(
Wish I could go back more often, but will have to wait a bit for my next visit, or lucky spa deal.

First time having a custom facial with Rosa. She was knowledgable about skin care and products to use for my particular skin. I had a few questions about sun spots, puffy eyes, and fine lines so she customized my facial to meet my needs.
I have already scheduled my follow up appointment!

Over-​the-​moon!
The sweetest, most wonderful ladies work here. Veronica is the perfect front-​woman to greet, book and dote on you. I had services from Janice and Shay, and these women are so amazing.
Janice really listened and asked questions about problem areas and worked on my terribly difficult-​to-​get-​at knots in my shoulders. Even with the focus to really help relieve the tension, she didn’t neglect any other part of me. She made sure to kindly direct my movements and let me know how much pressure she needed to use, and when she knew she couldn’t get the knot to release completely, she told me exactly what kind of appointment to book for next time to really maximize her efforts. She is a very warm and funny person and I had a really great time talking and laughing with her during my after-​massage body wrap. Janice made my experience so comfortable and warm, she was fun to talk to if I wanted to talk and was totally fine when I went silent from relaxing.
In the same way, Shay really listened to my ramblings about what I thought my skin concerns were and took great care in explaining everything she was doing and using on my face, since this was my first facial. Not only was she engaging me in the process, she explained what it would do to my skin. After my truly amazing session, she finished me off with some very minimal makeup touches to my brows and some lip gloss that really made me feel like I was glowing. Her sweet demeanor really relaxed me and I truly appreciated her kind explanations and compliments on my skin. Shay really made me feel great about my first facial and comfortable with the process. After reviewing some after-​treatment care with me, I asked about her product recommendations. She came through for me with what would really, truly benefit me without over-​selling anything. Her honesty and integrity just sealed the deal with me that her absolute gorgeousness was truly inside and out.
After my amazing morning with these beautiful women, I felt like a fresh, regenerated me. Veronica pleasantly helped me complete my day with more fun and lively conversation. I booked my follow up with Janice and I guarantee Shay will be seeing me again as well!
