Maybe turn your drive thru lights off if you are not open and maybe post times at the drive thru? Seriously, so rude. Very poor management. Everyone at this location needs to pull their pants up or get replaced by machines. Embarrassment. Even when open, order has always been wrong or not acceptable, you are much better going to the location off Redondo and PCH.

Worst jack in the box location!!! They never seem to get my orders right. Even though they charge me for the correct thing, the food never matches. They need to be shut down for good and replaced with something better. PLEASE!!! I’ve worked in fast food, I understand that it’s busy and stressful and hot and customers are annoying. But it’s been 3 times now, the first time I gave them the benefit of a doubt, second time I took the seriously long and annoying ass survey only to get an automated email response. This time I went to get the actual food I ordered and a refund. Horrible service!

The manager working the counter is extremely slow and doesn’t listen. The bathroom is a disgusting mess! Won’t be coming back here.

on thanksgiving day being 11−27−14 i pulled up trough the drive thru. the girl at the window did say «hi can i take your order» after that i order my food, which while i was doing that i pause cuz i didnt hear her. i was like «hello» and nothing i said «hello» a couple of times not until my mom said «i think shes ignoring you» she asked «is that it?» as if i was wasting her time. im like «no, i want to order something else but you seem kind of busy to even take my order» (oh she gave me an attitude) and said «ok, what else» she totally made me feel uncomfortable. i pulled up to the window and asked her why did she have an attitude if she didnt like her job than maybe she should quit. she gave me a dirty look and i asked to speak to her manager. i spoke to the manager and basically she didnt gaf!!! as i was talking to her she said «okay, its that it?» with a fucked up as attitude. yea i acted like a b*** too but hello, the customer is always right! and you best believe i didnt take that food. i took off. im surprise this jack is still in business. seriously!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 2 STARS. HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Well, I can’t really give them less stars for the 2 drug deals I saw go down while I was in the drive-​thru, or the weird broken down looking cars that pulled up. However I can suggest they hire a security guard to just chill there all day and get paid $ 10 an hour or something.
Anyway, the service was fast and the food didn’t make me sick. Thank you, I’ll come again. Customer service was okay.

No one seems to be working the cash register. There was a line of four people and it took about 5 mins for them to notice. The restaurant was really dirty and no air conditioning in the customer area (we could feel air coming from the kitchen). And to top it off, they said their ice machine was broken…

window says the lobby closes at 10:00, its 9:53 and they didnt let us inside. 8 months pregnant and i walked here. such horrible customer service.

I have to let you all know about THIS particular Jack. I’ve been living on the same block as jack in the crack for 14 years now and i have to say they changed alot (of course). I bought the sough dough grilled chicken the #10 meal. I was disappointed because the chicken club bread was close to burned and my curly fries were like the end of a batch meaning they were way too crunchy. I used to love jack until they got lazy making their food in general. The manager there now is rude. He USED to charge me 50cents for 2 sauces What kind of shit is that? He charged my sister ounce and she was in the drive thru and she gave him pennies in 50cents just because he’s a jerk. He never used to charge me and I didn’t do anything to him, nor was i in the car when my sis did that. Everybody on the block that I know does not like him even a coworker last year told me everybody working there dislikes him. Dont mess with food ppl take their order seriously not happy

Service is poor! They have forgotten my drink on two occasions. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this place for breakfast anymore.

So, anyone that knows me knows that I am a die hard health fanatic that goes COMPLETELY against the consumption of fast food products; that stated, some friends of mine just relocated to Long Beach from out of state and after a night of bar hopping they got the munchies and well… let’s just say that after coming across this particular location of Jack In the «Crack» … we all now know where NOTTT to go.
Got here (per the receipt) at 12:46am and ordered by way of 2 separate orders. While all items were noted to be correct, upon handing the order through the back window to a friend of mine, he took notice that the strawberry soda’s lid wasn’t even sealed upon the lady at the window passing it to him.
You can only imagine what came next… YOU GUESSED IT!, complete FUMBLE!!!, spilling RED soda DIRECTLY into the cream interior of my brand new car!!!
Before it dried we requested additional napkins and some water from this chick at the window who had the audacity to not only give us a dirty look but to inform us quote, «I’m going to need you to move your car. You’re throwing off my timer.»
With all due respect, bytch, I could give 2 sh*ts about your timer!, Despite not being the one to actually place either order, I requested personally from her 3x to get a simple cup of water to wipe down my interior before this crap set in and screwed up my car’s color and once she even suggested I say, «Please.» After doing so, she handed the cup of water — filled to the brim through the back window — WITHOUT a lid.
Lady, are you high!!!
Note: There were NO cars behind us within the drive-​thru and I was infuriated! To add fuel to flame, she began to ration napkins to us like we were kindergarteners one by one or as if they were being billed to her personal account… and after all of 15 minutes of cleaning my car from the drive thru, she actually tried to charge us for a refill of this same strawberry soda!!!
This undeniably certifies that I will NEVER be returning to this place again and «Jack», if you’re reading this, aside of offering the Late Night «Foodie Call», I really think you should consider offering some 9 – 5 sessions on customer service and how to properly screw a damn lid on.
I’ll humbly be awaiting her termination letter to be forwarded to my e-​mail address. For your convenience, her name was Brianda, or so the receipt reflects.

I would give no stars! 9am 11÷06÷13 douche bag manager helping at the drive thru didn’t give me a receipt for my order, gave me a dirty look, and had the audacity to give me an attitude for asking for water. When I already asked over the intercom. I just spent $ 8.04 asshole. I will never go to this establishment again. That’s what I told him too. Not my problem you guys are busy and not well organized, jerk!

I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. 2 cheese burgers, ketchup only.

SERVER (after my order was placed clearly): «So no mustard or onions»?
ME: «No, only cheese and ketchup, please».
SERVER: «So, do you want pickles?»
ME: «Just ketchup and cheese please».
SERVER: «Mayonnaise»?
ME: (looooooong sigh) «No. I want meat, ketchup, and cheese, between two buns. Please.»
Then, I had to wait while my server (on the ticket it says Jose, but it was a young woman working the register) waited for someone from the all Hispanic staff to enter in a «code». But it turned out that she didn’t need a code.
At first I thought it was a language barrier, but then I realized, it was just incompetence (maybe even stupidity). When my order came out, they had put mayonnaise and ketchup on my cheeseburger. I brought it to their attention, and they corrected it, 5 minutes later.
I thought, «Well they corrected it, so I should just walk out and eat at home». But something inside me said, «Look in the bag». So I did, because who am I to tell the voices in my head they are paranoid?
Sure enough, this time, mayonnaise only. I tell them they screwed up my order again. And they corrected it, must faster this time, to their credit.
To top it all off, the food wasn’t that good, and someone almost ran me over while I was walking home.
Now all I have to do it wait for the food poisoning to set in! Hooray! F U Jack In The Box.

Gross and it’s too hot in there! I’ll order my daily sourdough jack at a different location

This garbage box deserves a minus zero! My chicken salad was so bad I couldn’t eat it! The cucumbers were old and slimey, the lettuce was limp and brown! I was afraid to try the chicken, probably end up with food poisoning! I called to complain but the guy was so stupid he could hardly string a coherent sentence together! If you value your health and don’t feel like throwing your money away on garbage, avoid this place even if you’re starving to death!

I don’t like to review fast food chains so this will be my first and last and I’ll make it quick because this location is just that bad and I had to share it with the universe.
Don’t come here if you have the need for some Jack in the crack. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS! Customer service is horrible at this location. They’re rude and they can’t understand your order at all and if you correct them get an attitude in which makes me think they are doing some nasty things to my greasy order. The food always comes out exceptionally crappier every time somehow. It’s just a bad vibe, really.
Don’t come at night, its even worst. I wish I could give them zero stars somehow because that is what they deserve. So be warned for anyone that frequents or lives in the immediate area. You’ll thank me later.

Ehh, service is sorta sucky.
But in my opinion, all jack in the box’s taste all the same. I’m glad its near by, the area is really chill even though people would probably be scared.
You can never go wrong with the value menu, in my opinion.

I don’t complain very often and just thought that people make mistakes and just forgive and forget. But I have gone to this Jack in the Box three Saturday afternoons in a row and the staff at this drive through restaurant failed to get it right three times. COME ON! I ordered a Sourdough Jack combo with Diet Coke, Large, three times, not that hard right…
Well the first Saturday I got a different sandwich entirely, some American burger.
The Second Saturday I was given a medium Diet coke and had to tell them to fix it and when I got home I did not have any Ketchup that I asked for twice, but the Wrong drink distracted me from checking deep in the bag.
Well this past Saturday I was given seasoned Curly fries and not the regular fries I requested.
I am sorry but three strikes your out! If the drive through was busy I would understand but It looked slow to me. If this place is losing money I would not be surprised with the amount of mistakes they make. SAD very SAD… Get your act together Jack!

Jack In The Crack ! ! !
After an eventful night of boozing and bar hopping, I happened to drive past this joint on the way back to the crib.
Swerved in and requested 2 crunchy tacos for like a buck or something and 1 cheesy bacon burger for like a buck I think? Tacos greasy and super crunchy, yum ! Burger made my belly thankful. Not the greatest but at the time, hit the spot and was open late.
The dude in the drive thru was kinda of a dick but whatever, it’s not like expect to be treated like the queen of england at a fast food drive thru.
They completed their obligation to america with success, fast cheap tasty snack in record time so my tired ass can get home and hit the hay
with a happy belly.
