Jack in the Box

Come here frequently and its always great service and polite also correct orders, that’s the key right there.

Had o get something quick to eat and I don’t like these places anyway. I ordered to Jr. Jumbo Jacks with no onions and no pickles. Guess what they had extra onions and extra pickles on them which i don’t like on my burgers. Also the burgers are about 20% smaller than the hamburger bun and the iceberg lettuce always just throw on to the sandwich.
As usually from these places the burger was not event hot like its been sitting around for along time. When did it become normal to pay for hot food and its barley warm.
Well the burger SUCKED !!!
PS: If you work in a place and you are the cashier you should know what is in all the food. The girl had no idea and was guessing when I asked and I said ask he cook! Just plain stupid at your job and people like this want $ 15.00 an hour. Well if that happens you wont have a job there any way it will be automated and maybe I might get a correct order and a hot burger at that same time!

I came for breakfast and used my buy 1 breqkfast burrito get 1 today. The burritos were good. I asked for fresh salsa on the side and they gave me 5 teaspoons per container, so you get 4 stars!

I just had a combo right now everything was great… But I never got my drink… Poor customer service

Your typical Jack n the box .
While I’m not much of a jack n the box fan anymore I do often visit them for a large diet coke or food for the family .
The most important thing to me would be the customer service or lack there of. Many times I come to this location and been barely greeted or greeted with a crappy attitude. The service is very mediocre and at times they make you feel like a bother .
Could you just give me my soda and be a bit cooler? Not much to ask for when that’s your job.

The truth is Jack in the Box anywhere is Jack in the box. What sets these establishments apart is the service and the quality. This particular Jack in the box recieves a 1. I get very frustrated with fast food establishments who have workers who can not get an order correct if a patron orders several items off of the menu. I ordered: buttery bacon swiss combo curly fries w/​sprite; a classic buttery combo curly fries w/​sprite, an ultimate bacon burger combo curly fries coke, an ultimate sausage combo fries with sprite and a reg. oreo shake. Despite ordering combos to make it easy to punch in, the order still came out wrong. The wait was fine, the shake was melted, but the fries seemed fresh. BUT unfortunately the burgers were wrong… for absolutely no reason – totally inexcusable – I shouldnt have to hold up the drive thru line to go through every single bag to double check – it’s annoying. So I paid the price and ended up home with the wrong food. TOTALLY ANNOYED!

Worst Jack in the box!
I hate coming here. I have given this place 2 chances and every time I go I have something negative to say about this place. Staff is rude and SUPER slow. I never get what I order and when you say something to them about the incorrect order they get mad. I rather drive to the Jack in the box on Downey and Alondra.

I left McDonald’s drive thru and drove here. Guess what I got what I wanted even after 12. Jack in the box is built for this. The mushroom and bacon burger is awesome. And I got a shake too. Thus is the late night place.

I usually come to this jack in the box in the morning if that’s what I choose to have for breakfast as I’m passing it up on my way to work anyways. Early morning hours, the service is pretty quick. The customer service is average — not too bad but not awesome.
After work i decided to stop off here for dinner. When I drove up to order my food, the girl on the speaker asked me if I wanted to try something. I said no and there was silence. I said Hello and nothing. After 2 minutes a man got on and asked me for my order (that could’ve been handled better). I then drove up to pay for my order. The guy at the window (don’t know his name) was short (not in height haha) but respectful. After sitting there for 4 almost 5 minutes, I finally got my food and that was it. No Thanks for coming to jack in the box, see you soon, nothing.
Finally got home to eat what I bought. I must say, their food is always fresh especially their fries. I have no complaints about my food and my order is always right. With that being said, that’s why I like this jack in the box and I will be back. Friendlier customer service would have been four stars. Friendly customer service and less wait time would have gotten 5 stars.

The guy there was named Christopher or Christian I forgot. But he took the time to carefully review my order and when I said extra pickles he WASN’T stingy and wasn’t messing around. A salute to him and I hope he gets a raise for his amazing customer service. He knows who he is ! And thank you.

Average, sometimes stingy with the sauces…
