La Chulada Meat Mkt

Sometime you just have to write a review for just one particular item. To Hell with everything else in this place. I’m writing about one thing only and that is the SALSA.
This is a little corner bodega with meat, groceries, fruit and the like — which I never pay any attention to. However in the back right, where the meat section is, they have little homemade (I assume) containers of salsa. My brother turned me on to this stuff and WOW — it is like nothing you’ve ever had — guaranteed. I like my stuff Hot and they make no apologies with this concotion — if your a baby and can’t handle hot stuff I don’t recommend that you even attempt to eat any of this without a gallon of water close.
But for me there is none better. If your having a get together and you want to put out some GOOD salsa, go pick up a container.

Came here on my quest to find a carneceria with great prepared carne asada. I bought some prepared ranchera meat and was disappointed. It was definitely not ranchera. The cut was very very thin. The seasoning was just ok. The flour tortillas were double the price as Superior market. I’ll keep trying…
