McDonald’s

Probably the worst McDonald’s i ever been too, they took 10+ minutes to bring out my order to forget a drink, my apple pie, one nugget from a 10 pc, and put a Big Mac in a fish o fillet box. I probably wouldn’t ever come back, not to mention they served ⁷⁄₁₀ filled smoothie through drive through

This location has to be the worst I have ever gone to.
The heavy set Hispanic guy in the drive through was rude, Everytime I go here I end up in some kind of argument with the younger manager guy who is also rude .I ask for extra sauces for my 20 piece nuggets.
I tell them I don’t mind paying for them, so they add them to the total and when I get my food it’s always wrong ! missing sauces I payed for, onions and or mustard on my burgers when I ask for plain .This has been a repeat issue and just tonight I went, I Argued with the drive thru guy about him putting big Mac sauce on my burger .What happened to customer service???

This is the last time I’ll ever order from this McDonald’s. Got a Big Mac meal and 1 hour after eating it my stomach cramped and i got so sick I had to leave work and go home. Thanks for the tainted crappy ass food. I lost money by not being able to work and a stomach ache from hell. I’m thinking I should call the health department and report it. It ruined my day and my craving for burgers now. Never again.

Nothing special about this McDonald’s but the one thing that stands out the most from others is you feel like the servers are in a rush so that put it on you also. It wasn’t that busy but I felt like he was rushing me, there was maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 dinners inside so I don’t get the deal. Food here is what you should expect from a McDonalds but as for the service it needs some work.

How many times can somebody screw up my order. Ever since this new girl who works the drive thru register has no clue. Seen her 5 times in the last 2 weeks and she’s screwed up my breakfast order all 5 times. How hard is it. «Can I please get a number 4, the 2 egg and sausage meal» with OJ and an extra hashbrown. Even after conforming that I want the meal with 2 egg and sausage sandwiches I still end up with one. Orange juice not Orange Hi C and have yet to get the extra hash brown I paid for all 5 times. I’m not the one to sit in a crowded drive thru and hold up everybody else’s order so again I leave unhappy. #firethenewgirl

Since this place started with the breakfast anytime, their service has become so bad. For both lunch and dinner, it took me almost 15 minutes just to drive up to place my order.
Staff there are very rude and the girl that receives the money does not even tell you what your change is. I bet she is taking pennies from customers but pennies become dollars and dollars become $ 10’s.
I live right next to this place but looks like I will be driving out of my way just to get McDonalds.
Once we got up to the food window, they did not even have all of order correct.

My McDonald’s is SOOOOO SO AWESOME! This mornings crew brought good vibes. The young lady at the first window was very attentive with my order and the young gentleman who gave me my order ALWAYS has a smile on his face! I like the familial feeling you get when you drive to their windows. I love seeing very professional, friendly people at breakfast. It starts your day off right.

This store is nice but the location sucks. Bunch of highschool students who loiters and impersonate me since im asian assuming i speak their fake gibberish language. Rude kids and manager didn’t do a damn thing while 8 teenagers cussing at me mocking and mimicking me. Horrible place. Never come back due to location

I know this is only McDonalds but this one in particular has some sucky service. Everytime I’m in the drive through they get my order wrong in some way or another. The greetings of the workers are pretty awkward and a lot of the girls like to give a stank face. It is clean though. The food is the same also.

I pass by the drive through about 4 days out of the week here when I take my nephews to school and when I’m in the area for various food items. And wow! I can honestly say I’m satisfied each and every time. The employees are very attentive and ACCURATE. I love the new bundts :)

Shame on you! Serving kids milk that spoiled a week ago is bad enough, but smearing the label in hopes that the customer won’t notice is disgraceful!
I even called and spoke to the manager Jose and he said «sorry about that. I’m going to go throw out the bad milk.» Seriously??? You KNEW it was bad.

The worse food that i have ever eaten in my life! You wonder why Mcdonalds is losing $$$$$$$$$$$$. BECAUSE OF WORKERS LIKE THESE THAT DON’T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR JOB OR PEOPLE THEY SERVE. Go TO the Super Mex or Jack in box or the asian place NEXT DOOR. 4÷2÷15 8pm threw my cheese burgers away cuz they were put together so badly and they were cold with so much sloppy crap on them. i want my money back and all employees and managers should be fired on the spot. kids could do a better job. wrappers and old food on all the tables and floor and behind the counter the health dept will be notified about this place it should be shut down with a f grade you in the car don’t see this… 12 cars waited 15 minutes each cuz the 4 guys working had no clue… don’t eat here don’t go here for anything unless your stupid!

It’s McDonald’s, what do you expect? You expect the same consistency you get at every McDonald’s you get, consistently over-​processed and prefabricated food that is bad for your health and body image, but very addicting!
Was in a time crunch running errands and not having enough time left over to get a better, less guilt inducing and more defensively healthful appearing meal so I stopped by here. Part of the attraction is also that I’m able to use ApplePay here, which is cool, gives me inner geek some attention and is still marveled at by others.
Got a couple cheeseburgers, fries – what visit is really complete without these marvels of modern food science – and a water instead of soda (was the one thing that may weakly be argued to have been healthy, until you think about the plastic bottle, possible chemicals leeching into the water…).
It was fine fare by McDonald’s and old school fast food standards (Burger King, Wendy’s, Carl’s Jr). Probably worthy of 3.5 to 4 stars in that category but I give this place only three because they jacked up the fries a couple of the other times I came here. Once they were cold and I went inside, after getting the order in the drive through, and had them give me a fresh batch. I had to wait like five minutes, an eternity in a place like this, and then I got fresh fries that had almost no salt! What’s the point of having fries here if there is no salt detectable on them? Anyway, that’s what’s up with the three star rating.

Just went through the drive thru… Wrong order. Ordered chicken nuggets and instead got a fish fillet… Shoulda checked my receipt… Darn.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and it is not because of the mediocre food.
Due to its close proximity to the high school, there is no shortage of rude and foul mouthed kids in the dining area at any given time. They mock the signs that discourage loitering and it is an unpleasant place to eat.
John’s hamburgers down the street requires that school aged customers be there with a parent, and maybe this location needs to consider this, as their clientele is driving away their core business.

Been here twice in the month. Nice, very friendly staff! I used my credit card without trouble. We got the current toy, and we even had a selection of the current toys to choose from. I haven’t noticed any disturbing odors. The place is clean. The noise level is pleasant. I’m chilling with my coffee in a Happy place. I didn’t not use the drive thru or bathroom so I can’t tell you about that. I’ve been to much worse McDonald’s, so it seems to me that they are trying to change any past negatives. I have no complaints with this place.

It’s a McDonald’s so the food itself is the same no matter which McDonald’s you go to.
This review is based solely on condition of the place.
When I walked in, the first thing I smelled was the lovely scent of sweat and grease. I’m guessing the scent of bad body odor was the result of the customers, I hope. The grease, which you will always smell in any fast food restaurant, was just a little more old. Hard to explain.
The service was okay, no major problem there. But for the love of _​_​_​! The bathrooms. My son went in and when he came out said «Mom! I don’t want to come here anymore, the bathroom is gross!» This from a 10 year old kid!!! That says something.

This review is in relation to other McDonald’s. I’ve eaten here twice. A lot of the negative reviews come from the drive thru for this location. I never would choose the drive thru unless I have to. No matter what fast food restaurant you’re talking about, I have found that getting your lazy ass out of the car, into the restaurant, and ordering to go is faster about 90% of the time and doesn’t waste gas.
It’s not a fine dining experience by any means, but it’s been quick enough for me, even one time when I came when Millikan students were filling the place up. No problems with the food, beside it being McDonald’s of course.

Passed this one many times, just never stopped here. You know, you’ve been to one McDonald’s you’ve been to them all.
Prices going up and food stays the same.
Drive through was quick but i beat the lunch rush.

Wait…no Monopoly stubs for medium size fries and drinks either? WOW. I surely don’t need it super sized or even large.
The area around this McD’s is in the nicer part of LB. It’s in a nice plaza and has plenty of parking spots. The place was pretty clean and this location dedicated 1 employee to just cleaning duties (he cleaned outside, he cleaned the tables inside and was cleaning the bathrooms when we were leaving).
I will agree though… service was slow here. It took a while for our fast food dinner. Then my friend wanted a McFlurry afterwards. We had to wait for that also. The food (or junk food) wasn’t bad.
There was a table of kids sitting on the opposite end hidden by the partition that was noisy and loud. The sign says NO LOITERING KIDS!!! Geezus! Get out and go home and do your HW… it was already sundown!
