McDonald’s

Went here late one night to buy food. Among my order was a large order of French fries. When I picked up my fries at the counter, i took a bite of my fry and it has zero salt on them. I was upset, because McDonalds fries are arguably the biggest trademark of the company. So I told the young Asian man who was working, I believe he was the supervisor, that my fries had no salt.
He took my fries, put them in the fry thing, and pretended to sprinkle salt on them. I could see from my vantage point that the salt dispenser was empty, and I don’t even work at McDonalds. He put the fries back in my bag and I took another bite. No salt. I then told him again and he proceeded for the same routine. I then was forced to tell him the salt dispenser was empty, to which he said «oh» and refilled it. At that point it didn’t matter anymore because cold fries don’t hold salt. I had the blandest McDonalds French fries of my life that night.
I mean, come on dude. You’re not fooling anybody. Do you think your customers are stupid? Because we’re not. What I should have done is asked for my money back after such an insult. Take pride in your job and value the money people spend at your location. Don’t try to get away with things like this.
I no longer go to this location. I drive to the one on Del Amo and Long Beach because the service is ten times better and the prices are cheaper. It’s not close to my house but it’s worth the drive.

I live a block away from here and it takes me longer to get my coffee or anything else here than my 20min drive to work. Ridiculous as hell.

The drive through was much slower than the average McDonalds, to the point of being ridiculous and not even worth it.

I never walk into a McDonalds expecting great service. But this place has to be the worst I’ve ever walked into. The lobby was full of guests waiting to order and there was only one cashier who was clearly new and did not know how to use the register. She had to stop at every order to go to the back and call the supervisor who was upset every time he had to come to the front and help her. I counted 8 people in the back laughing and joking while this poor girl was struggling to keep up. When a Spanish speaking guest walked up the cashier again went to the back to find the supervisor when they arrived she explained to the supervisor she doesn’t speak Spanish and the supervisor replied «I don’t speak Spanish either» and left her there and walked away. I was shocked but luckily another guest was available to help. I go out of my way to avoid this McDonalds and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Oh by the way, when I got my order, it was completely wrong. No surprise there.

Recently moved to this area and started coming here only to Call Corporate after the sixth visit! This truly The WORST McDonald’s in the planet! I tried both drive thru and walking in. Now I just go somewhere farther. I see no hope for this place until they change management! Smh!

Must remember this is McDonald’s not a fancy restaurant. Tonight we came for a quick dinner. Must say the drive through was a long wait. However the employees were really nice and apologetic for the delay. Must say they were very thorough and precise with the order. The young guy that took our order had great customer service.

If it was up to me I’d give them no stars. Worst fucking service ever. And it’s not even the first time. We orders breakfast this morning and they didn’t give us the correct order. I order breakfast here twice and ask for hot sayce, and when I get home no fucken hot sauce. Stupid ass employees. I ordered 6 mc muffins. And they gave me five. And when I went back, they couldn’t even give it go. Sorry ass people working in that mcdobalds. Lazy motherfuckers

They Fucking Suck. Excuse my language. I’ve been here since 9:15 in the drive thru and all I ordered was a cheeseburger med fry and apple pie. It’s now 9:37 no I haven’t paid for or received the food I ordered that isn’t even for me. They truly need to do better about people’s time. The drive thru is supposed to be quick and efficient. Not slow and bad. It’s almost 9:40 @and no I don’t have my order yet. I’m pissed and will be calling corporate about this. They may as well be closed, they sure act like they aren’t open.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service. Cold fries. And my drink was leaking and they didn’t even wipe it off or provide napkins. Go across the street to Carl’s Jr.

This location is terrible the staff is rude. They need a change of attitude. No one wants to hear the workers complain it’s not a welcoming feeling to the consumer.

Ok. Here it goes. I dont mind mcds but I hate this location! The drive thru is a drag! They take forever. The customer service is horrible. Do they know they have to interact with people? Im js.
Personally, ive never had a problem with the quality of what I’ve ordered. I do hate dinning in there… there are always bums in front of the restaurant asking for money, almost following u to ur car. horrible

The drive through took a while on a sunday evening and I have no idea why. We got the order right and it was good. Drive through staff was good.

Why does this place have to suck and yet be so close to my house. The drive thru always long and you go inside and customer service is just meh. Its mcdonald nothing special. Not my first choice but conveniently located.

This McDonalds sucks… I asked my order to dine in, and they gave it to me to go. Also, they didn’t give me a straw with my order. The manager also looks at you like he’s better than you. Nah man, you’re the manager of McDonald’s…

This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. I really try to avoid them at all costs. I’ve been there a few times when school lets out and it’s a zoo. They don’t offer all the specials that other McDonald’s do. The service is slow and the food does not always taste fresh.

This McDonalds does Not deserve a single star. They are slow, food is not fresh and bad customer service. They need to fire all the managers and hire the ones who can make the place run efficiently.

They are a little slow and a bit disorganized. I don’t know if they were at the start of the learning curve, but they are slower than most McDonalds. There may be some factors there.. .including employee cost.
But the food was good and the place is renovated to look more of a café than the Mcdonalds of years past. I didn’t have the chance of using their Wifi.. .So, I don’t know if it’s free or not. But it is available

Ugh! The other reviewers are absolutley correct: THIS McDONALD’s BLOWS!!! Do not waste your time or money at this particular location. Drive in any other direction about 2 miles and you are sure to bump into another one, with way better quality & service.
It didn’t take long to order in the drive-​thru, but the wait was ridiculous! We sat in queue for about 10 minutes! If I could have pulled off, I would have. Once we pay we drive to the pick-​up window, where our bag of food is hanging outside the window!!! The girl holding the bag never even looked up or greeted me, WTF??? Never, ever again will this place get my money!

This Mc Donalds is by far the slowest one I have ever been to. Ray Kroc would rise as a zombie and eat everyone here (both employees that were working) thus turning them into zombies, and I do believe that the service would be better. If the employees were turned in to flesh eating zombies.
