First off if you’re reading this review I am very sorry as this is the hardest thing to do. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this establishment along with ken. I was totally distraught when I went there and he made my husband and I feel so comfortable with everything. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I used McKenzie for a simple cremation for a family member recently. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated Ken’s help through the whole process. My experience was great. I was looking for a special urn for the ashes and was amazed that they offered a custom designed urn made by a local artist out of a natural gourd. It was perfect and everyone was blown away by how fitting it was. Highly recommended — Ken is a good dude.

When my father passed away on Nov 9, We went to McKenzie’s to arrange everything with his death. Ken (The Owner) was very helpful with aiding us on everything since this was our first time dealing with the death of a relative. We had to send our Father to Guam to be buried and he coordinated with the funeral home back in Guam and arranged everything to get my Father home. He also went the extra step and did more than enough to save my family money. Thank you Ken!
