Nail Club

Came here to get my nails done Saturday night and had to come get them fixed today… 5 days later never have I ever had to come back to a place to have her fix them because they’re chipping off… So as I’m havin her fix them she decides to just start giving me a whole new gel manicure when I just wanted her to fix the two nails … And decides for herself that I didn’t want to keep my matte nails… cuts my nails shorter than what I wanted and uneven from the others… When all I wanted was to have my TWO nails fixed seriously livid
And might I add… She asked to do my eyebrows and I say no thank you. And she says” are you sure? They’re really bad” Yess I know they’re bad I’m getting them done after I get the hell out of here… And she keeps insisting when j say I get them treaded NO THANK YOU…
Just very rude I don’t need you to mess up my eyebrows as well thanks …

I love the ladies at Nail Club. I always get the star treatment here, and I’m always pleased with the look and feel of my nails and toes when I’m done — divine. I respect these women who do this kind of work and I’m always nice and polite considering they are handling parts of my body and are supposed to make it a relaxing experience for me. I find thatl approach always works, and I’ve never been disappointed in the Nail Club ladies.

I went in for a gel manicure and it looks good. The technician was very nice if just a bit on the slow side. My only complaint is that after she soaked my nails in remover, she used cuticle clippers to scrap off my old gel. I felt like she was scraping my nails off and personally like when they use the wooden dowels. On the flip side, she did give me extra top coat because she noticed that nails chip quickly. This place is a standard nail salon as far as service and price. Also, they have a lot of painted nail designs. I would return when I need something basic, local and inexpensive.

I love all the girls here. They are friendly and very mindful of speaking their native language. They’ll apologize if they do. The work is good and efficient. Although Laura is my favorite, i like all the girls too.

Love this salon. The place is bright and very clean, no chemical smell. I came here to get my nails done several times to try them out and each and every times, I was very satisfied. The nail technician listened and follow my instructions. Every times, my nails came out perfect.
I’ve been coming here during weekends so I had to wait a little bit long. I will come week days next time and try the pedicure services. I hope it’s as good as the manicure I’ve been getting…

Believe the bad reviews. I got my nails done here a few days ago and it was an awful experience. I didn’t go to my normal place because it was so busy and I was close to the nail club. I thought, how bad could it be? Awful, it took forever, the manicurist’s nails didn’t seem clean, and she gave me the weirdest/​worst hand and arm massage. I almost walked out after that. Save you money and don’t go here. There are much better places for a cheaper price.

I am very satisfied with how I was treated, my experience, and the overall outcome of my nails.
My pedicurist took her sweet time massaging my legs and detailing my toes — loved it!
Got a fill as well and Annie was very sweet and attentive. Good customer service
The place isn’t very busy, which I like because nothing is worse than going into a packed nail shop and hearing all the loud girls talking to each other haha

I just left about 30 minutes. I love my pedi and mani gel .they do good job. Gel… gellll

It’s my first time here. Nancy is great for people with a little bit of OCD like me. Very thorough and neat. The manager is awesome as well, she did my lashes, although there’s many people waiting I did not feel that they were rushing on the quality of their service.

One week old — got my gel nails done here and still beautiful:-).
Great parking. The ladies took a lot of time and care. Chair and equipment are fairly new. Cheerful staffs. The best part is … Such a good price here!!!

I came here for the eye lash extension the other day since my lady went on vacation. I want it so bad that I couldn’t wait. Vi did a great job, the best part was I was able open my eyes right away without having the air dryer drying my lash before… I hope that was normal.
Anyways, I hesitated going to this place at first Bc they got some many bad reviews but I listen to my sister and gave it a try… I didn’t regret it :-) woohoo…

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE SH*TTY NAILS DONE.
I walk in and 4 people are working and the place is COMPLETELY EMPTY.
Bad sign, but I digress.
An uppity guy sits me in a chair for my fill… that’s when the insults started.
«Why you have pointy nails? You should get square— it’s young and classy»
«I guess I’ll be old then» I responded.
How he was setting everything up (files, etc) took atleast 4 minutes and seemed like he wasn’t even certified & someone just taught him.
Then he sends another insult, but this one pissed me off.
«Do you want your eyebrows done?»
«No thanks, I’m fine»
«You need it! You really should» he blurted loudly.
Are you f*cking kidding me? Telling a paying customer that they need an unnecessary service done after I nicely decline (it was 9:30AM in the f*cking morning, I’m not going to have makeup on) and insulting them afterwards!!!
What’s even MORE funny is that one of the BAD reviews on Unilocal for this place is on a hack job for WAXING.
I simply shut my mouth afterwards and just turn to watch tv. I look 5 minutes later and hes only on my 2^nd finger with filing by my cuticles which NEVER takes that long — (which he even forgot to chip off all my lifting acrylic FIRST). At this point, I think to myself:
Either grit my teeth and be pissed afterwards with the inevitable sh*tty nail job he’s about to do and pay for it OR get up and leave before he goes any further.
«It’s okay, I’m going to go to my nail lady, this is going to take too long»
«OH! I CAN GO FASTER?! I GO FASTER!» he says frazzled.
Yeah, so you can do an even MORE sh*tty/half-assed job???
«No, it’s okay. I’m just going to leave»
At this point, I had to tell him TWO TIMES to let me go since he wasn’t letting go of my finger. He finally lets go and starts laughing & talking vietnamese to another lady that was there.
Really classy and immature. Like that’s going to bring repeat customers.
I’m sooo HAPPY I left. You guys don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money and by the ways things are looking you guys won’t be there for long.

Your my favorite Nail Lady and for many years.

Went in on Sept. 20,2012 weekday. I really had no problem with the girl the did my pedicure, But I got my lip waxed and she ripped off a big chunk of my skin. I’ve been praying all weekend that I dont get an infection. And she never checked to see the area of hair she missed.
While I was getting my pedicure a lady walked in and asked if they would turn on the a/c.(I had no problem with that due to it was about 90 outside and inside). Then they went to sit her and she found lots of nail clippings on the chair and she declined having service done. She walked out. Good for her. Then they did nothing but talk about her after she left.
I wont go back.

I love the girls here. They are always so happy and upbeat. I’ve been coming to the Nail Club for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. I get a Pink and White full set and a pedicure each time. I love the results and get numerous compliments on my nails!

I love the nail club all the ladies are so nice and they treat you very well I highly recommend them to everyone

Never again. I went in for a manicure at 3:30 on a weekday and should have known better when I saw that the place was empty. The ladies were all eating at one of the tables. I understand the need to snack, but the girl didn’t wash her hands before touching mine. Then, she proceeded to cut me twice and cough, without covering her mouth or turning her head, right onto my hands. I actually felt the burst of air come from her mouth. Gross! On top of that, the massage sucked. I’m sorry, but for $ 11, you should probably not leave gobs of lotion on my arm when you didn’t start with that much to begin with. The hot towel was a joke. Hot yes, but she didn’t even wipe the lotion off that she never rubbed in.
Normally, when you tell someone it is your first time at their business, they go out of their way to make you want to come back. Not here, no way.
