Had a hair emergency a couple of weeks ago, sent our daughter to another salon and when she came home… She wanted to cry! Her 18^th bday party was that night, and there was no way she was going to keep the style that the original salon did. Called Dannia, and she accepted our girl right away, she did a NICE job and saved the day (and night)! This is who our daughter will be going to… Moving forward!

I got my hair done here for the first time the other day and the experience was great. I dropped off my hair for my stylist, to dye it for me a couple of days before my appointment. Unfortunately when I got there and saw the hair it was not good enough quality for me to want to put in my head. My stylist, Dannia was very understanding and patient and talked me through different options that I would be happy with. My appointment lasted much longer than either of us expected but we got through it, thanks to her can do attitude. Everyone else in the shop was very friendly, talkitive, and upbeat. To me atmosphere and attitude go a long way in if I decide to give any place my business again. And this is a place I will definitely be going back to. And I left looking amazing

I had my worst experience !!! My all time stylist had a flight delay so he couldn’t make my appointment, in need of a wash and plus I have a weave in my hair rolling around long beach trying to find a place omg sad long beach ! But my daughter refer me to this place and omg Dorothy answers so she said she can wash me. she washed my hair with some horrible shampoo and condition I could smell nothing !!! My hair inch she was running her mouth !!! Then she said I’m gonna blow dry u then put u under the dryer omfg no u not ur puttingd under the dryer first then ur gonna blow dry me but I didn’t say that because I wanted her to do what she do like she said she been doing this for a long time. So what !! My hair itch she didn’t clean it !! And this is good hair!!!
Long story short she didnt do nothing right !! Nothing! But I paid her because she took me at the last minute but I got got should have known any where Steve is !! Nobody can’t do hair !!! Lesson learn!

Steve is great and Gene is so courteous and nice I feel brand new each time I exit. The prices are reasonable and the professionalism is great. I can’t thank them enough for all they do there. Looking my best in my line of work is a must so I am thankful to Steve for all he does!
