Made an order for 20 chairs and 2 tables to be delivered Sunday, June 5 2016 at 10AM. It is 11AM June 5 2016 and still no delivery made. No customer courtesy to call regarding the status of the delivery. Nothing! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend for any special occasions or events.

I called this place because it was conveniently located close by. I order a couple center pieces for my son’s B-​Day. When I went to picked them up, the center pieces were NOT ready, even after I had received a text reminding to pick up. The centerpieces where trash! Literally a box with a Big Sticker on them! This place has nothing good, everything is out to date and the selection is horrible. I ended spending $ 42 on some ugly center pieces just because I needed them. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Best price! They are the best, they delivered on time and picked up on time. The tables and chairs are super clean and look like new and she’s always available for questions or suggestions. I’ve used them twice and recommend you use them too!

Thank you Nina’s Party Supply! We are new to Long beach and we recently threw my 3^rd son his 1^st bday party. It was kind of last minute (I think I called on a Wed needing for Saturday) but we were able to order a regular size jumper for a boy, 40 chairs, and a dozen balloons. the total for all was $ 110.90 which was fine with me! The delivery and pick up were great. They were very nice people and we will definitely be using them in the future.

This is one of the best party supply stores I’ve rented and purchased items from. The owner is amazingly sweet and accommodating. I changed my order a few times and still was incredibly lovely. The piñata and stick were extremely made well, I orderd and Elsa piñata. I literally fell so in love with it that I don’t want to use it for the party… lol. This a great store! So glad I found them!

after having an awful business flake out on my rental order I was SO LUCKY to call Nina’s and Richard completely came through!

I’ve rented a bouncer twice from Nina’s and both times it was a the day before the party and both times I was able to get a bouncer with no problems. They deliver when they say they will and pick up with no problems. I’ve talked to both the husband and Nina and both very friendly. .I will say that you may call and not get a anyone on the phone but if you leave a message or send a text you will get a response in a very reasonable amount of time.
I’ve been completely satisfied and will definitely be calling again for the next party… thank you guys.

I decided to plan something small for my son’s birthday last minute and figured getting a jumper would be a good idea. Did some research on Unilocal and ran into Nina’s Party Supply. I needed a rather smaller jumper and they mentioned they had an 11×11 which was perfect. My first complaint was that it was a pain in the ass to try to get a hold of anyone at this place. When i finally did she told me it would be $ 70 for the jumper and delivery. Thought it was a good deal so she went ahead and text me pictures of the ones they had available. When I finally decided which one I wanted I called her the following day (today) and told her that I wanted to go ahead and book mine for this Saturday and was ready to give her my address and whatever other info she needed. It took me again a few tries to get a hold of her. It almost seemed like she was trying to avoid my phone call. Come to find out when she finally decided to pick up that the ones that she sent me pictures of were 13×13 and the only 11×11’s she had left was a spongebob one and a lavender and ivory one (my son’s party was Toy Story themed and I was just going to go with a regular colored jumper) Wtf?! She didn’t even apologize for the mix up or anything. Mind you, she had my phone # and could have given me a heads up to let me know. Thought I was good to go this whole time and now I have to find another place. Thanks Nina’s Party Supply you’re the best!

First off the service they provided was good, not great.
The prices was what won me over since I Unilocaled and called a few places.
Round tables– $ 7/​ea
Chairs– 50 cent/​ea
Delivery and pick up $ 16
Jumper ranges but if you want basic I believe it was $ 65 and for a combo small was $ 100

First off most encounter happened through text, I prefer calling but whatever. I told her the event was for my little sisters sweet sixteen and we are having it in the park. Asked if they had piñata and the did which then she continued to ask about themes and colors. I was surprised by this since it was cool that they can customize it. I texted her the theme colors for the event and to add a character to the piñata. An hour or so later I was excited to see a msg from her only to be disappointed with what I was getting. She used the theme color template for the background, a tacky silver chain bracelet stock to wrap around and a bunch of pixelated characters. After some fine tuning I just accepted it, for $ 10 I don’t need to care. Though I will say I should have taken a trip to LA.
**THE DOWNHILL EVENTS**
Day before the event I wanted to make sure everything was in order and decided to head to her shop. I received a phone call from the girl who then proceeded to tell me that the jumper they had booked for me was now damaged. I asked what can she do about it and that I didn’t want the basic jumper. She said I could get the bigger one but I’ll have to pay the cost so no discount or compensation from them. I told them I couldn’t since it’s too big and I was working ona budget. She said she’ll see if her friends have something I can use. 10 minutes later she said the guy had the exact same jumper but it’s $ 20 more, now I think that it’s personally not my fault for this and they should honor the price that was given to me.
Day of the tables and chairs arrived a bit late. They knew the party was at the park and I needed them to pick them up at 1930. It got after 7 bugs were lurking. Finished cleaning off tables and folding chairs by 1920. All we had to do was wait. They were late. Not by 5 minutes but by 30, they knew where we were. There’s no traffic on a Sunday night coming from North LB. No compesation. I should’ve just left them at the park since it’s their responsibility to arrive on time.

I called this place on behalf of a client with a very limited budget (yes you got me, I am an event consultant) and I spoke to a woman, nice enough, who quoted me for some chairs and tables.
I have to say their prices were super affordable, never in my life had I rented a chair for 50 cents (I specialize in Special Events, hence bigger budgets) but when I called back to place the order no one answered. I left a voicemail and nada and yes it was during business hours. I called a total of 5 times before getting the point that my client’s business was not wanted so I found someone to match the price and wave the delivery fee. Pat in the back for me, sad face for them.

These guys were very punctual and helpful at the time of delivery and pick up. I love the professionalism and their prices. I am definitely calling upon them on my next entertaining event. Great job you guys!!!

I have used Nina’s Party Supply twice in the last year. The first time we used them was for a baby shower back in late March. We went to the shop and ordered 3 round tables and about 30 chairs. The transaction was painless and easy. It is also easy on the wallet considering the total price included the delivery charge. When they dropped off the rentals we were not home, but they were able to leave it on the side. The next time we used Nina’s was about a week ago. I had procrastinated up until 3 days before the baptism to order rentals. Lucky for me, Betty had rentals available. This time I ordered 5 tables and 50 chairs and linen! Betty really saved the day under short notice! Nina’s Party Supply has been bookmarked and I will definitely be a returning customer.
