Unbelievably wonderful! I had to find a board and care home for my mother in the Glendale area. She was in a rehab facility in Torrance and was being discharged within days. I called Jake at the social workers suggestion. He was phenomenally sensitive and thorough, I found a great place for her in one day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great customer service, I was previously employed as a counselor for Harbor Regional Center and I used this agency various times. They are very caring and professional. They definitely help you find the best resources for your loved ones. I highly recommend placement helpers to any agencies and families in need of resources and assistance with assisted living and home care services. I will definitely continue to use this agency in my new career.

Recently dealt with this company and the rep I had experience with was very cold and motivated by his commission only. Not concerned about much else besides getting a contract executed. Sadly this process requires some sort of compassion, but you won’t get it here. He was much like a cheesy car salesman. Bad attitude and actually rude. Shame on you Kaiser for referring this company.
