This company claims they pride itself on their good relationships with beautiful brides. They also state on their website: ” we can take care of our customers better with our customer service and quality assurance. We double-check all our gowns before providing them to retailers, and every complaint we hear is handled case by case. Our brides and stores aren’t just numbers. They’re people, and we take care of them as if they were our own. « I ordered a dress from them… the sample was beautiful… but when I received the dress it looked like it had been put together by 3 year olds. There were appliques missing, the pick ups were in the wrong place, and the dress was about 5 inches too short. My dress was sent back to the company for inspection and after 2 days of not hearing anything about my dress I called them. I was told«we do not sell to private consumers and I can not tell you anything about your dress» I then asked if they had received my dress because it was signed for by a lady name Evy that worked in there company. I was told they had it but that they were not allowed to speak with me, I would have to contact the store where I bought it and they would inform me. After the bridal store called for days they finally were told that there was nothing they could do because all their dresses were made in China and there was no way that they could make a new dress and have it to me before my wedding which is less than 7 weeks away. Do not do business with this company… they do not stand behind their product and care about their customers but they did not in my case.
