Bottom line my meatball sandwich was pretty average. It did not have a homemade taste or texture. I can make a more savory meatball using freshly ground meat and seasonings. Their meatballs taste like they might be made of processed meat. I’d expect the cold cuts to be processed, but other than that the meatball sandwich didn’t have enough of a freshly ground taste and texture for me. I was starving, and hungrily ate half of the sandwich for lunch and saved the other half for an afternoon snack for two ten year olds girls. They loved it so I’m guessing it’s more suitable for the palette of children. I hate to sound harsh, but bottom line it was a-okay and I seriously don’t want to complain. I’d still come again, it’s just a little on the mediocre side, sorry to say. The service was fast and it would be a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. There aren’t many restaurants within a block of this location so it can be convenient for some to go to this deli.

Pros: quick, good food. Cons: limited menu, not suited for dine-in Food was good but I was disappointed in the very limited menu. Was hoping to grab a traditional sub for lunch, but the menu is very limited and you can’t get a custom sandwich. Settled for the«Hell’s Kitchen» which is a simplified but spicy version of the traditional sub. Sandwiches are a little on the small side so I’m glad I got soup with it. The clam chowder was good but a little short on clams and heavy on potatoes. Only 2 stools inside by the window and a few seats outside, so it’s best to grab it to go.

This place is awesome. I go her at least once a week. Joseph and Chelsea make a great team and are always super happy, even early in the morning. The Hells Kitchen sub is amazing, highly recommended.

Great breakfast burritos. Luis’s efforts to make sure a customer leaves happy and wants to return are 2nd to none. The sandwiches are delicious and the Wednesday soup is out of this world, cream of chicken with wild rice. HIGHLY recommend this place. No pastas like at the other locations but no complaints at all.

I am a huge fan of Rocco’s Jr, especially the Hell’s Kitchen with added sweet and hot peppers. It is about time there was a quality Italian deli in this location, which has seen a few poor food joints come and go over the years. I know that Rocco’s will be a mainstay because of its excellent food and service.

I’m so glad they opened this location in the office building in which I work. I used to walk over to the location on 1st for lunch, but now I get to just take the elevator downstairs. The St Patrick’s with extra horseradish aioli is my favorite. The staff and owner are all super nice. Will continue to eat many lunches here with my co-workers.
