I love Sally’s because of the prices and the customer service. They are far superior to any other beauty supply out there. They have something in stock for everybody!

If I could rate this location a ZERO star I would. we went Earlier today to this location. Brandy the cashier was nice when she hang us up, but there was another lady with blonde hair, that was their that didn’t even help us out, she told us said she would be right with us, since she ranged up a customer. waited over 15 minutes until we realized that she was gone, I wasn’t able to catch her name. since she wasn’t wearing a name tag like the other employee there, I am going to file a complaint with corporate, what kind of staff provides customer service like that, just leave them hanging and doesn’t say a word and to the other employee and just leaves. I am not coming to this location ever again.

Skeptical about this Sally’s location because of the reviews but it wasn’t a terrible experience. The staff was semi friendly and kind of helpful… Although it looked like the staff had an attitude as if they wanted to not be there. They kind of looked miserable. Although a small Sally’s it had everything I needed (Wella toners and Manic Panic Bleaching Kit)

Ok so we come here for a few things right look I know I don’t wanna be here cause my football game gonna start soon. but I want this vist to go threw smooth but staff like its that time of the month I mean wholle store

Love this Sally’s!!! Good service alwaaaaays helpful! Limited nail polish. But other than that this location is amazing!
This location is under new management now so there’s way better service. Staff are very helpful, super friendly and they know their stuff when it comes to hair products. Love it!

Seriously i just gave it a 1star beacause theres no option for Zero stars. some asian lady chola look alike has a big fat attitude she is not a proffesional at all! Made me feel uncomfortable and bad about my self. I was returning some andis detachable clippers and gave me a hard time! Never again will i go there. unlesss i whant to get her name and talk to the manayer about her. But ugh bad service

well I went to purchase my ion hair dye and I see that there is a new male employee working the cashier. A lady asked him something and he really couldn’t answer the question, then another lady asked him about a hair conditioner and he didn’t know what she was talking about, another employee said we don’t sell that here, so I went over and told the lady I knew the product which they didn’t have and told her she can use a couple of products that I recommended to her, so I took her to the product and explained to her how to apply it, now if your going to hire new employess train them. Since this employee didn’t know, maybe he should of stood around and maybe he would of learned something instead of taking off. Customers come in and need help if they don’t get it they will go elsewhere,

I heard about the clearance sale online so I came in to see if I could find any cheap nail polish. Boy! Talk about rude service! I stood at the counter for at least ten minutes well within sight of 2 employees and was totally ignored. When a clerk finally came over I asked her for some price checks. «Those are half off the sale price,» she grunted rudely. I pointed out that they didn’t have price tags. Half off of what??? Then she began to snap at the other clerks about boxes that were left out that belonged in the back. Tacky.

Where to start. Horrible customer service. Multiple times ice been here and ive had to ask WHY?! Its not just the people who work here some of the customers suck. You’re going to run into fat white womyn who want to run you down when theres enough room to go around. And have sales associates who barely look at you when you need help. This place sucks.

Horrible customer service, that’s all there is to it. I went in looking for one nail polish, a limited edition that went fast elsewhere. I looked in all the bins, talked to a few employees about my obsession. They laughed with me and commiserated about how fast the colors went.
As I’m finishing my purchase and still sighing about my loss an employee comes up behing me and pulls the color I want out of a drawer. I’m all excited, could it be?! No. The employee says «Oh yeah, I wanted this for my sister.» Puts it on hold and leaves me hanging.
Poorly handled. It was like she was rubbing it in. I Won’t be visiting that location again.
Update 12÷28÷14 — They still have exceptionally horrible customer service. You call and ask if they have a product in stock and they just say «no sweetie sorry.» They don’t go look, ever! They’re too lazy to look. How this location is still open is beyond me. Corporate really should step in.

Stopped in here looking for a Matte nail polish top coat, they didn’t have one unfortunately but they seemed to have a good selection of everything else you’d want at a beauty supply store. The employees were nice enough, not super attentive but once you had their attention, they seemed genuinely interested in helping. I’d come back if I had call for a beauty supply.

I’ve been hearing rave reviews about Sally’s and figured I have to try it out. I must say I was a little disappointed with the make-​up selection. This place only carry paladio, Sally brand make up, a lot of fake eyelashes. The rest is nail polish, mani and pedicure stuff, hair and hair styling products (curling iron, flat iron, brushes etc) and hair extensions. The staff is nice a friendly.

I love Sally’s! They’ve got some good hair products and make ups! I’ve been here gazzilion of times ever since I do my hair color. and now I keep coming back for their palladio make ups!
Price is just right.
Close by my place.
Staffs are nice & helpful.
Definitely a 4-​stars!
