Servpro of Southeast Long Beach

I called Servpro and they came out to inspect my apartment right away. The crew was very professional. I would definitely call them again.

Please do not use this service. Work was done incorrectly, not done at all and then payment was demanded for work. I had mold remediation work needed and hired Servpro for the professional reputation. They gave a very detailed quote, said it would take three days and then it took two weeks. They evidently set up the air scrubbers wrong and had to redo it. Then demanded $ 1000 for retesting. SOmething they neglected to tell me before the work. Then the walls were supposed to be washed down and they were not! I have photographs to prove it. The place was filthy. Now they are demanding payment for shoddy work and work that was never done. Enan the owner will not even return a phone call. THis is ridiculous! NEVER use these people…

Work Done: Carpet cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning:
They are great! Family owned and great service by Gabriel, Vickie and their crew. Gabriel arrive on time for our initial visit to give me an estimate. He checked out the work that I needed done, made some great recommendations, explained what they would do and gave me the quote with no pressure to make a decision, which I really appreciate. I called to have them do the work since their prices and service were better than any other company I had met with. They scheduled a date and time that perfectly fit my crazy schedule. On the day of the service, their crew arrived on time and were very professional. They did everything in the time expected and did a great job. I will use them again for the same services!

Dealing with contractors is one of the last things I want to do and I know many homeowners feel the same. I have gone through plenty of them and I honestly can’t remember wanting to bring any of them back. Additionally, I had a bad experience with a different ServPro in Hawthorne and their manager and had to write a complaint.
I had a leak in my property and although I was hesitant to call another ServPro, I called them in SE Long Beach and needless to say they are the only ones I will deal with as long as I have the property in the area. They are professional, on-​time, detailed, reliable and frequently follow up until the work is done.
Vickie is as pleasant as it gets and she will make sure to have everything in order before, during and after the work is done. Gabriel, I believe, was the person who was doing the work and he gave me a daily update until the end. Definitely give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed.
