Shoreline Yacht Club of Long Beach

Awesome group of people. The yachting community is very friendly. We came as guests and would definitely love to be invited again. Great food and good company.

We were invited in by a member for a drink after a short sail. What a great place! Wonderful location and view. Also very nice people who were very welcoming to us strangers. And… a great pour at the bar. Makes me wish I lived in Long Beach and owned a Yacht! :)

Great place and friendly members… more like a Boaters Club than a yacht club! They now have a paid Bar Tender that makes very liberal drinks for not a lot of scratch! Great place to join in a slow economy! They have lots of cruises and have afforded me the opportunity to use my boat more than I would have otherwise! Best view in Long Beach!

So much fun!
Especially after a leisure ride on a yacht around the harbor. The ride on the yacht was for my birthday last year. My bf’s sister and her husband own a yacht and thought it would be fun to tour the harbor with crackers and the best effing cheese ever and mango margarita’s. On the way back the boat blew one of it’s engines. We were towed back to the marina emergency style. Sounds odd but that was the most exciting birthday I ever had. There was a helicopter circling us for fuck sake!
Okee…so to get back to the yacht club, we went there for my bday dinner and had the best prime rib. They have a full bar that is run by the members. We hung out in the bar during their 50’s sock hop a few months back and had some whiskey and cokes that were very well made.
I’m loving this place.
