This subway is the best! Awesome service always! Even the newbees are great Elvira and the other manager sorry I don’t remember her name cause she’s so quick lol, but they are doing so well! And wow great and FAST service! Always ready to go!

Where’s the zero star button? Anyway… I was there, I was hungry, I went in. If you’ve ever wondered how a Subway can F*** Up a sandwich with only 4 ingredients, go to this one! The manager will show you how to ruin it, yup, her. The one with the neck tattoo. Horrible customer service, that will having you going back real soon, but only for them to fix your sandwich. Subways are a dime a dozen, find another down the road I’m sure its vastly better.

Came here for breakfast this morning and was so glad I did! Friendly staff, big dining room, and free coffee with my breakfast! There were a few people ahead of me in line, but the employees were making sandwiches very quickly so I barely waited at all! I would definitely recommend this location to my friends!

I called ahead to get a sub and the lady said call back in 5 min. I said I will be there in 5 min why would I call back. The customer service is horribly. I am glad there is a Subway every 2 miles that way I can avoid this one.

This used to be my favorite subway to go to. Not anymore. I think being treated like an idiot ends my visits to this one. I ordered a sandwich with Monterey Cheddar cheese and she put mozzarella on it. When I questioned her, she told me «They’re the same.» I proceeded to explain that what she put in was Mozzarella and not cheddar. I was answered with a response along the lines of «I didn’t know what I was talking about.» So, congratulations to the manager and staff here. Way to go on alienating customers to make sure they don’t come back. If that was your goal, well done.

Subway is in the same boat as Panda Express in my book…“Im hungry… guess I will go to Subway since Im already here.” Average sandwiches… average service… blah. If you have the time, head to Togos down the street and get a #16. So much better…

So I just a witnessed a new sales tactic in the sandwich industry I thought was only reserved for twisted occupations like the car business. Roll into subway and I’m greeted. Order a chicken sandwich and the worker asks pepperoni or bacon? I assume it comes with the sandwich because I’ve never ordered this particular sandwich before. Pepperoni I say. She finishes my sandwich and rings me up. I notice she puts an extra $ 1.00 on the ring up. I waited until I got back in my car and realize she charged me for pepperoni. While it’s just a dollar, on principle this is just irritating. She made no mention of the extra charge and continued on as if it were lettuce or tomato. This is a pretty lame up sell trick that just cost you a customer. I manage two local businesses in Long Beach and I will be instructing both my staff and customers to steer clear of this place. Ps this was the manager that did this not some misled worker. Hope it was worth it Subway.

This is more of a 2.5-star, but you get three anyway Subway. I like the chicken noodle soup. I like the cold cut combo; you can pretty much have a whole salad on a loaf of bread. It’s not a bad deal for lunch. Regarding customer service: I think sometimes the workers assume you’re going to give them some ‘tude over your micromanaged sandwich order… with good reason. I have overheard hungry tiger moms with a huge to-go order berating these poor girls behind the counter over stupid little details, like the order of the fillings, or demanding center-cut tomato slices only. Be compassionate no matter where you go, especially to the people handling your food because you don’t want a spitburger or finger chili(I still love you, Wendy’s).

Went there to get a couple of scoops of tuna. The girl was so rude. I told her she was not to friendly and she rolled her eyes. I ask to talk to a manager and she pointed to her name tag. She was the manager. I asked for the phone number to the owner she to me to go to . Could not believe it. I walked out and left the tuna. Very bad costumer service.

Not the friendliest place. They say welcome to subway but just not as believable when they’re kinda frowning hehehe. The light lemonade tastes really funky. The green tea is not sweetened when it’s supposed to be.

Smh… usually Subway is the place to go after I go to the gym which is right next door, unfortunately it has been going downhill. I ordered a subway club and the lady who was taking my order asked me what came on it. Strike one. Then, their produce looks like it has been frozen and was all black and soggy. Instead of tossing the nasty produce and getting some fresh ones instead, she continued to put the veggies on my sandwich. Strike two. So even though I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome of my sandwich I still took it and when I was ready to eat it, I opened the wrapping and it looked as if they just didn’t care abs rolled it up. Strike three. Very disappointed.

Moved into the area around 3 years ago. As a poor college student at the time and no real stove/oven in my apartment, I had to depend on shops that I could grab a good amount of food for not too high of a price. The $ 5 foot-long specials are my go-to’s, and haven’t had any disappointments. For the most part, the bf and I get sandwiches here around 2 or 3 times a month. Parking can sometimes be a pain because of people blocking parking spaces while they idle their cars to get to the Bank of America ATMs. I tend to park at the spaces that are a bit farther from the shops to avoid such annoyances. Exercise is good… The service has been pretty good. No real issues. It is a bit of a quick-service, so I’m sure the employees do get frazzled quite often. I see lots of people come in just for the fresh-baked cookies, which are pretty goof. They do accept Subway coupons(moat of them), and cash and credit cards are accepted here. There are monthly specials, with either a specialty foot-long sandwich for $ 5, or a combo for a discount. Lately, they’ve been having a 3 foot-long regular sandwiches for $ 14(the more special sandwiches is an additional dollar) after 4pm on weekdays, and I believe all day on Sunday. We’ve sat down to eat there before, and everything has been pretty clean. No overt smells of bleach. Will be back.

You could call this the tale of the invisible man, being how I walked in with my wife after work one day and was totally ignored by the woman behind the counter. She ordered up two six inch subs, a meatball and a turkey sub. Rather than asking me if I wanted a sandwich, the sandwich«artist» goes on making my wife’s sandwiches without giving me a second glance. As she asked my wife if she wanted her sandwiches toasted(in which my wife replied«no thanks»), she starts putting them on the toasting pan… clearly not really paying attention to what my wife wants. «Why?» you may ask… While she was making my wife’s sandwiches the woman was watching two high school students from Milikan High who were finishing up their sandwiches… clearly paying more attention to them than to what she was doing with my wife’s subs. She was obviously concerned they were going to either steal something(what would one steal from Subway? A bag of chips? A chair or table?) or start trouble. Believe me, these two boys were minding their own business but the lady continued to eye them until they finally left. Meanwhile I’m left standing at the counter as finally another employee noticed me standing there and finally my order was taken. With plenty of Subway’s around, this one will not be visited again.
