Went in to get a pixie cut came out with a totally different style, show the girl the picture she said she could do it. Very very disappointed.

Ive come here multiple times to get my haircut and I don’t mind waiting especially for the lady who always cuts it but it’s not okay if I call ahead, arrive on time, and have to wait more than half an hour because they double booked or let someone go in front of me. What’s the point of calling ahead? Very annoyed.

Ruben is an absolute BUTCHER. Worst hair cut I have ever had. I now have to see if I can find someone who will be willing to fix the god-​awful mess he made. Will never go back to this place. BEWARE!!! You have 6 reviews and half of them are negative. Time for the manager to make some fundamental changes in personnel and moral at this store.

Horrible customer service! I went in to get a haircut for my son… there was only 1 woman working there that morning. She didn’t bother to say hi or anything. I sat down and waited. Another customer comes in & she doesn’t say anything to him either. He sits down and he waits. After 15 minutes of both of us waiting, she finally says «what’s your phone number» to the other customer. I told her that I came first and the gentleman agreed. She said «well I already took his number down first» so I just got up and left.

Well where to begin! I have been going to Mayra for almost 9 years and she is the best! I take my two boys and myself and I love her services! She is knowledgable and very receptive to what I want!

I have been taking my son to get his haircut with Myra for years. Myra started cutting my son’s hair when he was in Preschool and he is now going to be going to his first year of High School. Myra is our favorite person at Supercuts. She knows his style and gets it right every single time. When she wasn’t available have tried other stylists in the past and just wasn’t the way we wanted it. Not short enough in certain areas, etc. So we always come right back to her. We call ahead for an appointment. Yes, when the appointment is for 2 pm, she may be working on another customer when you get there. But usually if have an appointment the wait isn’t too long once we check in.

Never going Back to This Salon… I called ahead and was told 20 minute wait… Then when I arrived I was told the wait was an Hour… The Manager tried to blame it on the new Girl instead of accepting the blame for wrong information Herself… Wow Great management skills… Throw the underling under the Bus… She Also Didn’t care What I had to Say about it… as if it was also my Fault to
One star for Bad Customer Relations… And poor Management Skills
I left the Salon and went to another location up the street where I was treated like a real person

More of a tip than an actual update, but they discontinued their «get 12 haircuts, get your 13th free». Sucks ass when you have 10 haircuts on a card then they tell you they don’t do that anymore.

Good cutting but if stylist starts at 1330 hrs and make your appointment 1330 hrs there’s always someone in front of you… So why make an appointment. Bad system!

Great place, parking lot can be packed sometimes. These people know their fade, I always get my high fade, military cut here. They always satisfy me, if you are looking for a nice fade/​blend this is the supercut to go.

My girlfriend won’t approve of this 4 star review, but I really like this place, and I never have any problems with it. It’s close to my office so I have probably been here about a dozen times, and I have always walked away happy with my hair and my average wait time is about 5 minutes…
Cheaper than most, short wait, sweet ladies cutting your hair, and its good for all ages. I have seen everything from babies, to older men and women, and once even a guy who looked like he was like the CEO of a company… He was probably a used car salesmen, but who’s counting :)
I would make an appointment if your rushed for time, but if not, just show up, check in, go shopping next door or grab a quick bite, come back, and get out for cheap.

Wow really 5 stars! Yes indeed this place is awesome. My husband and son’s get there hair cuts here, are favorite is Myra she’s the bomb!!! She’s does a really good job with my 2 yr old.
