Rude stylist! Would not engage in small talk and made me feel very unwelcome. I just wanted a simple cut, layers and bangs. She argued with me when I complained she had not taken off enough in the length. Even though she said could take more off if I wanted. Rake over a mole that I had pointed out at the start. Glad I didn’t do highlights. At least the hair will grow back fast. Stylist name was Karin. Avoid this place!

This place shouldn’t even get one star. I asked her a simple trim. An Asian lady started cutting and was done literally in 3 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Anywhere else I’ve gotten my hair cut it usually takes anywhere from 15 – 20 minutes. This lady literally took her scissors and just cut all around the bottom. Basically like a long bowl cut. I told her the last time I got my hair cut was a bob and I want to keep with that but just trim it up. She obviously had no idea what she was doing. Embarrassing for her. My hair looks awful. I tried to explain but she told me it looked good. What the hell!

This place has great staff. They are all very dedicated and work hard at their job. I especially liked Tamara. She cut, colored and gave me highlights. Super fantastic. I am always getting compliments on my hair. I found out she is now at Cut N’ Style at Palo Verde and Del Amo. I followed her there because she is just that good! Great new location. My husband likes Paula at Supercuts. So we now go to different places. To each their own!

Still growing out my choppy, ugly bangs. I think I have grown seriously depressed since this haircut. –_​_​– Every time I look in the mirror, I am reminded of the horrible experience. Sigh…

I have been here three times. The first two visits were fine, nothing spectacular but I was only getting trims. The third time I went the experience was awful. My stylist seemed irritated and rushed before she even started cutting. I was very specific with what I wanted, not vague or confusing which can lead to miscommunication. One inch off with layers in the back and bangs trimmed. What I got was a serious hack job with chunky uneven pieces that were not blended at all. She also used a razor comb over my entire head of hair which made it frizzy and thin. I tried to ask her as she was cutting and she kept saying «yeah yeah, you’ll see it will be fine when it’s done». After finishing I quietly left and had to go get it fixed somewhere else. I will never go back again.

I go to Brittany for my blond highlights and hair cuts. She is the only person that I trust with my hair because I have had bad experiences in the past where people leave on the foils too long or put me under the heat and damage my hair but not Brittany. She takes her time with me and never double books an appointment so I am waiting there with foils while she is doing a hair cut like my previous hair stylist would do. My mom now goes to Brittany and loves her as well. Prices are also reasonable. I definitely would recommend her to friends and family.

I specifically asked if the stylist was good at flattops. yes yes very good. She immediately rounded off the sides and then asked if I wanted the top flat! When I asked if she knew what a flattop was yes, but do you want the top flat? Another stylist tried to fix it while telling the 1at one everything she did wrong.
Being new is not wrong, but lying to your customers and then getting mad is poor business. Avoid this place if you can.

My fiancé went and got his haircut today, just a simple high and tight for his marine corps training. They used a blade on his head that was missing teeth and totally cut up his neck. They continued to make him pay for it but gave him $ 2 off. It should’ve been free considering what they did. Some woman in her late 50s with red hair is who cut his hair. The other women claimed she was just helping out for the day. My fiancé being a friendly guy didn’t want to say anything, but I insisted on atleast giving a terrible review and I will be going in tomorrow and getting his money back. ALSO his high and tight is extremely crooked.

Obviously a haircut is based on personal preference; but I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and get me in there quickly. Paula is the best and I will not see anyone else. She takes her time and makes sure everything is done right.

The greeter/​cashier was very nice. The stylist was helpful and made recommendations during the cut. All the employees seemed to enjoy their job, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. I was very pleased with the results and i don’t plan on returning to the old, dreary place i used to go to for unsatisfying haircuts.

I gave them a one star becasue they did not even acknowledge me when I came in. There were 3 ladies that evening cutting hair and they knew I arrived, but said nothing. One lady just looked at me while she was cutting away and did not say a word. I waiting a few more minutes and no one said anything. In a huff I just left. I will never go to that Super cuts again…

At one year old, my oldest boy was really ready for a haircut. Some kids are still bald by that age, but mine’s hair was consuming his head…
I looked around for a place that specialized in kids’ haircuts, and ended up at some random place, but ultimately opted to try this Supercuts, and I’ve been consistently happy with them ever since.
Over the 3 years since that first haircut, we’ve taken both our boys there, and had consistently good luck. We’ve probably had 4 – 5 different stylists, and each one does remarkably well with children.
My older one is great, and our younger one screams the whole time, so I’ve seen both ends of it, and they are pretty patient. Highly recommended for the cheap-​o haircut where you don’t have to worry about offending the stylists or the other patrons. It’s pretty much par for the course in there.
