The Pinnacle at Mariner’s Village

Someone who may be looking for a place to live and call home. Look further than this place. If you want to walk out your apartment and buy weed or crack, this is the place for you. Amanda, who is management at this place, didn’t care. I asked her to ask people not to park in the handicapped spots who are not handicap, she told me that «we don’t have enough parking here so I let people park wherever they want to.

Terrible place to live. It’s cheap for a reason. They allow low income families to move in with the WHOLE family. Every night I had to hear people fighting and arguing. The walls and floors are very thin. The stairs always were full of beer cans and cigarette butts.
The parking lot is full all the time and management has a tow company towing cars that don’t have anywhere else to park.
Nobody picks up after their dogs, and there are a lot of dogs way over the weight limit. When I lived there the neighbor would let her dog pee right outside her door… on the third floor.
The pool was always full of kids with no adult supervision and even would have random people pull up and swim that didn’t even live in the complex.
So unless you’re poor as dirt with no place else to go and you have five to ten family members that love to fight and argue all night that will move in with you, pick a different place to stay.

Horrible management and it is disgusting! We couldn’t stay there for a night because there were cockroaches everywhere! You would walk and the roaches would come out of the floor boards.
The managing office wouldn’t do anything about it for weeks so we paid for the days we stayed and left.
Plus the neighborhood isn’t safe.
Later they claimed we got evicted when we didn’t even sign a lease and had to involve attorneys because the manager filled false paper work!!! It went on for several months and still continuing.
Others said the management wouldn’t give their deposits back.
They’re just out for money and are careless.
We ignored what others said and strongly regret it.
