Town Furniture

I am writing this review with lots of honesty. When I moved back to Long Beach I went to town furniture to get a bed frame, coffee table, end tables, and a computer desk. OMG if I tell you everything falls apart, breaks within a 45 day period. only buy from this furniture store if u a low on money. After talking with the owner James And and expressing my concern for the quality of the furniture he explained that a lot of people don’t have money to buy a $ 3,000 bed so he sells cheaper furniture but agreed the quality is not as good. One thing I can say is I called James and told him my bed was broke in different places not due to neglect but quality he charged me a little bit of nothing for labor and parts and sent Carlos over to fix it. Thank you

This review is quite, quite overdue but we all know, …LIFE happens.
(Sighs…) So after spending countless hours in larger locations like MOR, Ashley’s, Living Spaces and so on, I’d become pretty perturbed.
Most places like to sell furniture in bulk (sofa, 2 end tables, an area rug,…blah blahhhh) and then upcharge when securing payment for their price of delivery… even if you’re just a mile or two away.
No bueno.
I located the «perfect» sectional, I dunno, some place (I viewed so many)…and went online to purchase thinking I’d receive some sort of online special. Talk about hoodwinked! Not only did the price increase from the establishment having to «ship from their warehouse“but despite being darn near around the corner, they wanted $ 100+ just to deliver the pile of cushions to my door.
Smh, bunch of bazterds!!!
In either event, driving down 7^th one day upon making our usual after office forage for booze, «he» took notice of this somewhat easy to bypass, disingenuous «hole in the wall» of a joint and admittedly, I possessed more reservations than the Westin on Christmas.
Reluctantly we stopped by and Heaven help us if I wasn’t blown the hell away!!!
These guys have EVERYTHING!!!
From sofas, to sectionals, to love seats to dining sets down to bedroom furniture. Yazzzzzz! What I couldn’t stumble upon within the store was all the more accessible by catalog and the guys working there assured me that if I couldn’t locate it —- it probably didn’t exist.
Suffice it to state, I managed to uncover the very same sectional that we viewed elsewhere (get this)…for $ 200 less than I’d intended on dishing out!!! And — there was NO PRESSURE to purchase any undesired side items that we neither needed nor wanted!
To top it off, Town Furniture offers NEXT DAY delivery from their warehouse and did so FREE of charge bearing in mind we were «locals». Come to think of it, they even hauled away the old sofa that we’d lost interest in without our having to ask them to.
Yazzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!

I consider this to be my my official lesson in not judging a book by its cover. Town Furniture has without a doubt proven itself to be quite an enjoyable read.

Wow, what a great deal I got on a bed set headboard and frame. Unbelievably nice sales person, who actually came out to the house and assembled the item. I should have used this place in the past. The deals are so affordable compared to the higher-​end stores with overprices beds and mattresses. And I slept great.

A small mom and pop style store. Great prices for the quality of furniture. I couldn’t find the couch I was looking for so I got to order from there warehouse catalog which has pretty much everything that you would need. They also deliver and setup for a small fee which is dope cause assembly is not my forte.

I just had a great experience. I needed a dresser and I needed it now. The owner helped me load it into my Explorer and off I went. It is solid wood. I noticed that all the joints were stapled and considered adding wood screws — but it was so solidly built that I felt that wasn’t needed. Now all the rest of my furniture looks like crap. He offered to deliver for five bucks — DAH, I spend that much is gas — next purchase will be better planned and let them deliver.
Their furniture is very affordable, and I assume it isn’t child proof — not much is.

Bought a couch from here. Fell apart after less than 30 days.
