Everytime I go to this store everything is overprice or they don’t have it at all. As a contractor I need a store that is willing ready and able to supply me with the materials that I need to get the job done in a timely manner and fashion, this store doesn’t even compare to the other electrical stores its a joke. I have to drive many more miles to go to a competing store. customer service is rude I asked him for a specific part and it’s like you’re speaking German very bad service very bad store, and how are they still in business.

The guys have updated their checkout system. They added a computer at the front desk to have a second place to process orders, which is nice because you can interact with them easier during this process. It can still take a bit if there is only one person working and there are people in front of you since the person who helps you is also the person pulling your order from the racks and checking you out, but again, usually worth the wait.
Now Chris is also a regular part of the team. Jack and Chris don’t usually show up until about mid morning.
