John in the tire and lube department is a great man. Excellent service! Very friendly and informative. I went in for a battery purchase and the old battery happen to be under warranty and he help us out. He explained everything up front and let us know what to expect. Thanks John!

Went here to get ONETIRE fixed and changed. There was ONE car in front of us and two gentlemen doing absolutely nothing. Our estimated wait time was 3 hours. They were rude and couldn’t care less. This has been the third Walmart we have visited with the same treatment and same delays. What’s the point of paying for the road hazard service if the quality of service is so abysmal. This is the last time I’m buying tires from Walmart.

I went in for an estimate the day before I was planning on changing my tires. The price they gave me was OK with the warranty they covered. After looking around other places to change my tires, I decided to go to WalMart to change them. The next day when I came in, I showed them my estimate document and they took my key and said they’ll take care of it and I can come back in around an hour to pick it up. A little over an hour later they called me back to tell me they did not have my tires in stock… Really? Is that not the first thing you check before you take a potential customer’s key? I wasted about an hour and a half walking around WalMart and in the end got nothing done. Thanks. Use some common sense first. I would’ve understood if I got the call maybe fifteen minutes in, but not an hour and fifteen.

Came in for tire rotation with balance and oil change. They asked if I wanted to change the air filter, I denied. No fuss. Informed me there were two cars ahead and approximate time would be 1.5 — 2 hours. They were on time, but they couldn’t balance my tires because… they didn’t have the equipment? Overall, I’d come here again.

I went to Walmart Tire and Lube because my dealership told me I needed to rotate my tires and would gladly do it for $ 30. I called Walmart and they told me they would do it for $ 10. I went on over and they told me a 2.5 hour wait. it was a holiday weekend, no problem I can walk around the mall while I wait. I came back and they hadn’t done it, but they explained to me why. Two of my tires are bald and I would need two new ones. Here is the thing, they weren’t trying to up sell me, in fact even though I told the guy I believed him he walked me out to my car and showed me in detail what he is talking about and showed me a diagram of why its a bad idea to rotate the bad tires. They didn’t even sell the size tires I needed, so it wasn’t a matter of trying to sell me tires instead of rotating. I really appreciated them looking out for me, it cost me nothing other than time and I felt that they took the time to take a honest look and then even more time to make sure I understood. They were great and all the guys there are very friendly! If they sold my tires there I would get them there for sure!
